Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、モータ整流子と摺動するブラシ摺動部と、該ブラシ摺動部を支持する全体的には細長い板状のブラシ基材とから構成される。このブラシ摺動部は、それを支持するブラシ基材の長さ方向の一部の上に、所定長さに渡って形成されたPdメッキによって形成される。そして、このPdメッキは、ブラシ基材の上にNi下地メッキを介してメッキされる。

素材→アルカリ脱脂→水洗→電解脱脂→水洗→10%H2SO4→水洗→ニッケルメッキ→水洗→パラジウムメッキ→水洗→湯洗→水洗→乾燥
(2)パラジウムメッキ条件

Claims (8)
- モータ整流子と摺動するブラシ摺動部と、該ブラシ摺動部を支持する全体的には細長い板状のブラシ基材とから成る小型モータの整流装置において、
前記ブラシ摺動部は、それを支持するブラシ基材の長さ方向の一部の上に、所定長さに渡って形成されたPdメッキによって形成し、かつ
このPdメッキは、前記ブラシ基材の上にNi下地メッキを介してメッキされた、
ことから成る小型モータの整流装置。 - 前記ブラシ摺動部は、Pdメッキ表面及び表面近くにカーボンCを含有させて形成した請求項1に記載の小型モータの整流装置。
- 前記モータ整流子を構成する複数の整流子片のそれぞれは、前記ブラシ摺動部が摺動接触する整流子片摺動部と、該整流子片摺動部を支持する整流子片基材とから構成されて、該整流子片摺動部は、それを支持する整流子片基材の一部の上に、所定長さに渡って形成された貴金属メッキによって形成した請求項1に記載の小型モータの整流装置。
- 隣接する整流子片間の間隔が、整流子の外径寸法をAとして、0.08A〜0.24Aの範囲にある請求項3に記載の小型モータの整流装置。
- モータ整流子と摺動するブラシ摺動部を支持する全体的には細長い板状のブラシ基材を有する小型モータの整流装置の製造方法において、
前記ブラシ基材の上にNi下地メッキし、かつ、
このNi下地メッキされた前記ブラシ基材の長さ方向の一部の上に、所定長さに渡ってPdメッキして、前記ブラシ摺動部を形成した後、
プレス加工により所望の形状に打ち抜くことから成る小型モータの整流装置の製造方法。 - 前記ブラシ摺動部は、Pdメッキ表面及び表面近くにカーボンCを含有させて形成した請求項5に記載の小型モータの整流装置の製造方法。
- 前記モータ整流子を構成する複数の整流子片のそれぞれは、
整流子片基材の一部の上に、所定長さに渡って貴金属メッキを形成して、前記ブラシ摺動部が摺動接触する整流子片摺動部を形成し、
前記貴金属メッキをした整流子片基材を、プレス加工によって整流子片形状に打ち抜き、かつ湾曲加工することによって整流子片として仕上げた請求項5に記載の小型モータの整流装置の製造方法。 - 前記プレス加工は、整流子片の外径側角部に抜きダレが、そして内径側角部に抜きバリが生じる方向に行い、
抜きバリが生じた角部を面付け加工し、
前記湾曲加工時に、前記面付け量がさらに大きくなる面付け加工をすることにより、前記抜きダレを消滅させた請求項7に記載の小型モータの整流装置の製造方法。
