Description
Claims (9)
- 6.0〜10.0重量%のCuと、1.0〜5.0重量%のZnOと、残部Agとの組成から構成されており、
AgCu合金マトリックス中に、Cu金属粒子、ZnO粒子を分散させたことを特徴とする直流小型モータ用整流子材料。 - Cu又はCu合金のベース材料上の一部に、請求項1に記載の直流小型モータ用整流子材料を埋設したものであるクラッド複合材。
- 埋設した直流小型モータ用整流子材料上の少なくとも一部をAu又はAu合金で被覆した請求項2に記載のクラッド複合材。
- 請求項2又は請求項3に記載のクラッド複合材を整流子として用いた直流小型モータ。
- 請求項1に記載の直流小型モータ用整流子材料を整流子に使用した直流小型モータに用いる直流小型モータ用刷子材料であって、
0.1〜5.0重量%のMgOと、残部Agとの組成から構成されており、Agマトリックス中に、MgO粒子を分散させたことを特徴とする直流小型モータ用刷子材料。 - 請求項1に記載の直流小型モータ用整流子材料を整流子に使用した直流小型モータに用いる直流小型モータ用刷子材料であって、
5.0〜15.0重量%のNiと、残部Ptとの組成から構成されており、PtマトリックスにNiを固溶させたことを特徴とする直流小型モータ用刷子材料。 - バネ性を有するCu合金のベース材料上の一部に、請求項5又は請求項6に記載の直流小型モータ用刷子材料を埋設したものであるクラッド複合材。
- 請求項7に記載のクラッド複合材を刷子として用いた直流小型モータ。
- 請求項2又は請求項3に記載のクラッド複合材を整流子として用いるとともに、請求項7に記載のクラッド複合材を刷子として用いた直流小型モータ。
