Claims (10)
- 6.0∼10.0중량%의 Cu와, 1.0∼5.0중량%의 ZnO과, 나머지 Ag과의 조성으로 구성되어 있고,AgCu합금 매트릭스 중에, Cu금속입자, ZnO입자를 분산시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 소형직류모터용 정류자 재료.
- Cu 또는 Cu합금의 베이스 재료상의 일부에, 제1항에 기재한 소형직류모터용 정류자 재료를 매설한 것을 특징으로 하는 클래드 복합재.
- 제2항에 있어서,매설한 소형직류모터용 정류자 재료상의 적어도 일부를 Au 또는 Au합금으로 피복한 것을 특징으로 하는 클래드 복합재.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 기재한 클래드 복합재를 정류자로서 채용한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형직류모터.
- 0.1∼5.0중량%의 MgO와, 나머지 Ag과의 조성으로 구성되어 있고,Ag 매트릭스 중에, MgO입자를 분산시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 소형직류모터용 브러시 재료.
- 5.0∼15.0중량%의 Ni와, 나머지 Pt과의 조성으로 구성되어 있고,Pt 매트릭스에 Ni를 고용(固溶)시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 소형직류모터용 브러시 재료.
- 용수철성을 갖는 Cu합금의 베이스(Base) 재료상의 일부에, 제5항 또는 제6항에 기재한 소형직류모터용 브러시 재료를 매설한 것을 특징으로 하는 클래드 복합재.
- 제7항에 기재한 클래드 복합재를 브러시로서 채용한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형직류모터.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 기재한 클래드 복합재를 정류자로서 채용함과 아울러, 0.1∼5.0중량%의 MgO와, 나머지 Ag과의 조성으로 구성되어 있고, Ag 매트릭스 중에, MgO입자를 분산시켜 이루어진 소형직류모터용 브러시 재료를, 용수철성을 갖는 Cu합금의 베이스(Base) 재료상의 일부에 매설하여 구성된 클래드 복합재를 브러시로서 채용한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형직류모터.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 기재한 클래드 복합재를 정류자로서 채용함과 아울러, 5.0∼15.0중량%의 Ni와, 나머지 Pt과의 조성으로 구성되어 있고, Pt 매트릭스에 Ni를 고용(固溶)시켜 이루어진 소형직류모터용 브러시 재료를, 용수철성을 갖는 Cu합금의 베이스(Base) 재료상의 일부에 매설하여 구성된 클래드 복합재를 브러시로서 채용한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형직류모터.
