Abstract
【課題】 本発明の目的は、改善された接続構造と、平面燃料電池アセンブリに、燃料電池の組立密度と有効な反応面積の比率を増加させる方法を提供することにある。
【解決手段】 複数の開口を有する絶縁フレームと、固体高分子、陽極と陰極を有し、前記陽極と前記陰極は、前記固体高分子の反対側にそれぞれ設置される膜・電極一体構造、およびb−ステージの接着剤によって前記陽極の表面と前記固体高分子の前記陰極にそれぞれ固定される2つの導電ネットをそれぞれ有し、前記絶縁フレームの上に設置され、前記開口を覆う複数の燃料電池とを含み、前記燃料電池は、前記導電ネットによって直列に接続される平面燃料電池アセンブリ。

Claims (20)
- 固体高分子、陽極と陰極を提供するステップ、
前記固体高分子の反対側に前記陽極と前記陰極を接合することによって膜・電極一体構造を形成するステップ、
2つの導電ネットを提供するステップ、
b−ステージの接着剤を提供するステップ、
前記導電ネットの表面にb−ステージの接着剤を塗布するステップ、および
前記膜・電極一体構造の前記陽極と前記陰極の表面に各前記導電ネットを熱圧するステップを含む燃料電池の製造方法。 - 前記膜・電極一体構造の表面に多孔性導電層を形成するステップを更に含む請求項1記載の燃料電池の製造方法。
- 前記b−ステージの接着剤は、膜として提供され、熱圧によって前記導電ネットの表面に塗布される請求項1に記載の燃料電池の製造方法。
- 前記塗布ステップの運転温度は25から100℃の間である請求項3記載の燃料電池の製造方法。
- 前記熱圧ステップの運転温度は100から250℃の間であり、運転圧力は1から50MPaである請求項3記載の燃料電池の製造方法。
- 固体高分子、陽極と陰極を有し、前記陽極と陰極は、前記固体高分子の反対側にそれぞれ設置される膜・電極一体構造、および
b−ステージの接着剤によって前記膜・電極一体構造の前記陽極と前記陰極の表面にそれぞれ固定される2つの導電ネットを含む燃料電池。 - 前記b−ステージの接着剤は、エポキシ樹脂、プルトニウム(PU)またはポリイミド(PI)を含む請求項6に記載の燃料電池。
- 複数の開口を有する絶縁フレームと、
固体高分子、陽極と陰極を有し、前記陽極と前記陰極は、前記固体高分子の反対側にそれぞれ設置される膜・電極一体構造、およびb−ステージの接着剤によって前記膜・電極一体構造の前記陽極と前記陰極の表面にそれぞれ固定される2つの導電ネットをそれぞれ有し、前記絶縁フレームの上に設置され、前記開口を覆う複数の燃料電池とを含み、
前記燃料電池は前記導電ネットによって直列に接続される平面燃料電池アセンブリ。 - 隣接しあう各2つの前記燃料電池において接続する導電ネットは熱圧によって接合される請求項8の平面燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 前記絶縁フレームは、隣接しあう各2つの開口の間に設けされる複数の接続部を有し、前記接続部には複数の接続電極が埋め込まれる請求項8記載の平面燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 前記隣接しあう各2つの燃料電池における前記接続する導電ネットは間に介在する前記接続電極によって直列に接続される請求項10に記載の平面燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 防水接着剤によって前記絶縁フレームに固定され、前記平面燃料電池アセンブリ内に燃料を導入するために複数の溝を有する複数のフローガイド板を更に含む請求項8に記載の平面燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 前記絶縁フレームは複数の凸部を有する第1部分と、対応する複数の凹部を有する第2部分とを含む請求項8に記載の平面燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 複数の開口を有する絶縁フレーム、
固体高分子、陽極と陰極を有し、前記陽極と前記陰極は熱圧によって前記固体高分子の反対側にそれぞれ設置される膜・電極一体構造、およびb−ステージの接着剤によって前記膜・電極一体構造の前記陽極と前記陰極の表面にそれぞれ固定される2つの導電ネットをそれぞれ有し、前記絶縁フレームの上に設置され、前記開口を覆い、前記絶縁フレームとともに密閉空間を形成する複数の燃料電池とを含み、
前記燃料電池は、前記導電ネットによって直列に接続される平面燃料電池アセンブリ。 - 前記絶縁フレームは、隣接しあう2つの開口の間に設けられる複数の接続部を有し、前記接続部には複数の接続電極が埋め込まれる請求項14に記載の平面燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 隣接しあう各2つの燃料電池は、間に介在する接続電極によって直列に接続される請求項14に記載の平面燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 前記燃料電池は前記絶縁フレームの反対側に交互に設置される請求項16記載の平面燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 前記絶縁フレームは、前記平面燃料電池アセンブリのための燃料を導入又は放出するための複数の孔を有する請求項17に記載の平面燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 固体高分子、陽極と陰極を提供するステップ、
前記固体高分子の反対側に前記陽極と前記陰極を接合することによって膜・電極一体構造を形成するステップ、
2つの導電ネットを提供するステップ、
熱硬化性樹脂系接着剤を提供するステップ
前記導電ネットの表面に熱硬化性樹脂系接着剤を塗布し、ベーキング処理を実施するステップ、および
前記膜・電極一体構造の前記陽極と前記陰極の表面に各前記導電ネットを熱圧するステップを含む燃料電池の製造方法。 - 前記ベーキング処理における運転温度は60から200℃である請求項19記載の方法。
