Abstract
【解決手段】 ディーゼルエンジンの燃料噴射量制御装置は、微粒子捕集フィルタ(DPF)を備え、アクセル要求に応じたアクセル要求燃料噴射量tQfと、機関運転状態に応じた目標空燃比TAFRに基づいて決定される空燃比要求燃料噴射量QFL_LMDと、を比較し、噴射量の少ない方を実際の燃料噴射量として採用するものであって、エンジン低回転時の全負荷運転状態では、上記目標空燃比TAFRが最大トルクを得られる空燃比近傍の値に補正されることを特徴としている。これによって、エンジン低回転時の全負荷運転状態では、空燃比が理論空燃比近傍となるように燃料を噴射することが可能なり、トルク性能及び加速性能の向上を図ることができる。

以下の処理では、この(1)式の関係から、そのときの微粒子捕集フィルタ29の等価面積Aを求めている。
QCSO2=Qac+{(Qac×MEGR)/100}×{(λ−1)/λ} …(2)
Qacはエアフローメータ35で検出される新気量、MEGRはEGR率、λは空燃比センサ17で検出された現在の排気空燃比である。
エンジンの運転状態を検出する運転状態検出手段と、排気通路に設けられ排気微粒子を捕集するDPFと、アクセル要求に応じたアクセル要求燃料噴射量tQfと機関運転状態に応じた目標空燃比TAFRに基づいて決定される空燃比要求燃料噴射量QFL_LMDとを比較し、噴射量の少ない方を実際の燃料噴射量として採用する燃料噴射量決定手段と、を有し、エンジン低回転時の全負荷運転状態では、上記目標空燃比TAFRが最大トルクを得られる空燃比近傍の値に補正される。これによって、エンジン低回転時の全負荷運転状態では、空燃比が理論空燃比近傍となるように燃料を噴射することが可能なり、トルク性能及び加速性能の向上を図ることができる。

Claims (4)
- エンジンの運転状態を検出する運転状態検出手段と、
排気通路に設けられ排気微粒子を捕集するDPFと、
アクセル要求に応じたアクセル要求燃料噴射量と機関運転状態に応じた目標空燃比に基づいて決定される空燃比要求燃料噴射量とを比較し、噴射量の少ない方を実際の燃料噴射量として採用する燃料噴射量決定手段と、を有し、
エンジン低回転時の全負荷運転状態では、上記目標空燃比が最大トルクを得られる空燃比近傍の値に補正されることを特徴とするディーゼルエンジンの燃料噴射量制御装置。 - エンジン低回転時の全負荷運転状態では、上記目標空燃比が、所定期間の間、最大トルクを得られる空燃比近傍の値に補正されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディーゼルエンジンの燃料噴射量制御装置。
- 運転条件に基づいてDPFに捕集された排気微粒子の堆積量を算出する排気微粒子堆積量算出手段を有し、
上記所定期間は、DPFに捕集された排気微粒子の堆積量に応じて補正されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のディーゼルエンジンの燃料噴射量制御装置。 - ディーゼルエンジンは、排気還流手段を有し、かつ燃焼室内で低温予混合燃焼を行うものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のディーゼルエンジンの燃料噴射量制御装置。
