Abstract
【解決手段】Al,Si,Kがドープ添加されたタングステン(W)を、コイリングなどの二次加工工程を経て製品に加工される二次加工用タングステン素材の製造方法において、タングステン焼結体を転打・線引き加工してタングステン素材を調製し、このタングステン素材の直径Dの1/3を基準長さとしたときの粗さ曲線の凹凸の平均間隔(Sm)を√(D/5)以上とすると共に、上記粗さ曲線の山頂線と谷底線との間隔(Ry)をD/50以下とすることを特徴とする二次加工用タングステン素材の製造方法である。

Description
ドープ剤としてAlを0.08重量%,Siを0.5重量%,Kを0.7重量%含有するタングステン原料粉末を調製し、このタングステン原料粉末を常法により圧粉成形し、得られた成形体を水素炉にて1200℃で30分間仮焼結後、2700〜3000℃で30分間通電焼結を行いタングステン焼結体とした。

- Al,Si,Kがドープ添加されたタングステン(W)を、コイリングなどの二次加工工程を経て製品に加工される二次加工用タングステン素材の製造方法において、タングステン焼結体を転打・線引き加工してタングステン素材を調製し、このタングステン素材の直径Dの1/3を基準長さとしたときの粗さ曲線の凹凸の平均間隔(Sm)を√(D/5)以上とすると共に、上記粗さ曲線の山頂線と谷底線との間隔(Ry)をD/50以下とすることを特徴とする二次加工用タングステン素材の製造方法。
- 前記タングステン素材表面にグラファイトを主成分とする潤滑剤層を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次加工用タングステン素材の製造方法。
- 前記タングステン素材表面に酸化物層を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次加工用タングステン素材の製造方法。
- 前記タングステン素材の直径Dを0.01〜0.2mmの範囲とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次加工用タングステン素材の製造方法。
