Claims (45)
- ナフサ炭化水素供給物流中のオレフィン化合物の収率を実質的に維持しつつ供給物流の硫黄含量を低下させる方法であって、
i)ナフサ供給物を膜分離帯域と接触させ、この分離帯域は、硫黄に富む透過画分と100ppm未満の硫黄含量およびナフサ供給物流中のオレフィンの50重量%より多量のオレフィンを含む硫黄の少ない残留画分とを分離するのに十分なフラックスおよび選択性を有する膜を収容し、膜は1.5より大きい硫黄富化係数を有し、ナフサ供給物は、軽質ナフサ、中間ナフサ、コーカーナフサ、直留ナフサ及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、ナフサ供給物は、硫黄を含有する芳香族炭化水素、硫黄を含有する非芳香族炭化水素、およびオレフィン化合物を含み、硫黄に富む透過画分はナフサ供給物と比較して、硫黄を含有する芳香族炭化水素および硫黄を含有する非芳香族炭化水素に富み;
ii)硫黄の少ない残留画分を生成物流として回収し;
iii)硫黄に富む透過画分を膜以外のプロセスへ供給して硫黄含量を低下させ、硫黄含量を低下させた透過生成物流を生成し;そして
iv)硫黄含量を低下させた透過生成物流を回収する
ことを含む方法。 - 膜が、ポリイミド膜、ポリウレア−ウレタン膜およびポリシロキサン膜よりなる群から選択される非対称膜である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 硫黄の少ない残留画分の硫黄含量が50ppm未満である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 硫黄の少ない残留画分の硫黄含量が30ppm未満である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 膜分離帯域をパーベーパレーション条件下で操作する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 膜分離帯域を膜抽出条件下で操作する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 硫黄の少ない残留画分が全供給物の少なくとも50重量%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 硫黄の少ない残留画分が全供給物の少なくとも70重量%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 膜以外のプロセスが硫黄含量低下のための水素化精製プロセスである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 膜以外のプロセスが硫黄含量低下のための吸着プロセスである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 膜以外のプロセスが硫黄含量低下のための接触蒸留プロセスである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 膜が2より大きい硫黄富化係数を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 膜が約2〜約20の硫黄富化係数を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ナフサ供給物流が分解ナフサである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ナフサ供給物流がFCCナフサである、請求項14に記載の方法。
- ナフサが、約50〜約105℃の沸騰範囲を有するFCC軽質接触分解ナフサである、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 残留生成物流および透過生成物流中のオレフィン化合物の全量が、ナフサ供給物中に存在していたオレフィン化合物の少なくとも50重量%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 残留生成物流および透過生成物流中のオレフィン化合物の全量が、ナフサ供給物中に存在していたオレフィン化合物の約50〜約90重量%である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- ナフサ炭化水素供給物流中のオレフィン化合物の収率を実質的に維持しつつ供給物流の硫黄含量を低下させる方法であって、
i)ナフサ供給物をパーベーパレーション条件下で膜分離帯域と接触させ、この分離帯域は、硫黄に富む透過画分と供給物中のオレフィンの50重量%より多量のオレフィンを含む硫黄の少ない残留画分とを分離するのに十分なフラックスおよび選択性を有するポリイミド膜又はポリシロキサン膜を収容し、ナフサ供給物は硫黄を含有する芳香族炭化水素、硫黄を含有する非芳香族炭化水素、およびオレフィン化合物を含み、硫黄に富む透過画分はナフサ供給物と比較して、硫黄を含有する芳香族炭化水素および硫黄を含有する非芳香族炭化水素に富み;
ii)硫黄の少ない残留画分を生成物流として回収し;
iii)硫黄に富む透過画分を膜以外のプロセスへ供給して硫黄含量を低下させ、硫黄含量を低下させた透過生成物流を生成し;そして
iv)硫黄含量を低下させた透過生成物流を回収する
ことを含む方法。 - 硫黄の少ない残留画分の硫黄含量が100ppm未満である、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 硫黄の少ない残留画分の硫黄含量が50ppm未満である、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 硫黄の少ない残留画分の硫黄含量が30ppm未満である、請求項21に記載の方法。
- ナフサ供給物流が分解ナフサである、請求項19に記載の方法。
- ナフサがFCCナフサである、請求項23に記載の方法。
- ナフサが、約50〜約105℃の沸騰範囲を有するFCC軽質接触分解ナフサである、請求項24に記載の方法。
- ナフサがコーカーナフサ、直留ナフサ、軽質ナフサ、中間ナフサ及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 硫黄の少ない残留画分が全供給物の少なくとも50重量%である、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 残留生成物流および透過生成物流中のオレフィン化合物の全量が、ナフサ供給物中に存在していたオレフィン化合物の少なくとも50重量%である、請求項19に記載の方法。

- 硫黄に富む透過画分に硫黄含量低下のために吸着プロセスを施す、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 硫黄に富む透過画分に硫黄含量低下のために接触蒸留プロセスを施す、請求項24に記載の方法。
- ナフサ炭化水素供給物流中のオレフィン化合物の収率を実質的に維持しつつ供給物流の硫黄含量を低下させる方法であって、
i)ナフサ供給物をパーベーパレーション条件下で膜分離帯域と接触させ、この分離帯域は、硫黄に富む透過画分と硫黄の少ない残留画分とを分離するのに十分なフラックスおよび選択性を有するポリウレア−ウレタン膜を収容し、硫黄の少ない残留画分は100ppm未満の硫黄含量およびナフサ供給物中のオレフィンの50重量%より多量のオレフィンを含み、ナフサ供給物は、軽質ナフサ、中間ナフサ、コーカーナフサ、直留ナフサ及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、ナフサ供給物は、硫黄を含有する芳香族炭化水素、硫黄を含有する非芳香族炭化水素、およびオレフィン化合物を含み、硫黄に富む透過画分はナフサ供給物と比較して、硫黄を含有する芳香族炭化水素および硫黄を含有する非芳香族炭化水素に富み;
ii)硫黄の少ない残留画分を生成物流として回収し;
iii)硫黄に富む透過画分を膜以外のプロセスへ供給して硫黄含量を低下させ、硫黄含量を低下させた透過生成物流を生成し;そして
iv)硫黄含量を低下させた透過生成物流を回収する
ことを含む方法。 - 硫黄の少ない残留画分の硫黄含量が50ppm未満である、請求項33に記載の方法。
- 硫黄の少ない残留画分の硫黄含量が30ppm未満である、請求項34に記載の方法。
- ナフサ供給物流が分解ナフサである、請求項33に記載の方法。
- ナフサがFCCナフサである、請求項36に記載の方法。
- ナフサが、約50〜約105℃の沸騰範囲を有するFCC軽質接触分解ナフサである、請求項37に記載の方法。
- 硫黄の少ない残留画分が全供給物の少なくとも50重量%である、請求項33に記載の方法。
- 残留生成物流および透過生成物流中のオレフィン化合物の全量が、ナフサ供給物中に存在していたオレフィン化合物の少なくとも50重量%である、請求項33に記載の方法。
- 残留生成物流および透過生成物流中のオレフィン化合物の全量が、ナフサ供給物中に存在していたオレフィン化合物の約50〜約90重量%である、請求項40に記載の方法。
- 硫黄に富む透過画分に硫黄含量低下のために水素化精製プロセスを施す、請求項33に記載の方法。
- 硫黄に富む透過画分に硫黄含量低下のために吸着プロセスを施す、請求項33に記載の方法。
- 硫黄に富む透過画分に硫黄含量低下のために接触蒸留プロセスを施す、請求項33に記載の方法。
- ナフサ炭化水素供給物流中のオレフィン化合物の収率を実質的に維持しつつ供給物流の硫黄含量を低下させる方法であって、
i)ナフサ供給物を膜分離帯域と接触させ、この分離帯域は硫黄に富む透過画分と硫黄の少ない残留画分とを分離するのに十分なフラックスおよび選択性を有する膜を収容し、硫黄の少ない残留画分はナフサ供給物の少なくとも50重量%であり、供給物中の硫黄の30重量%未満の硫黄を含み、膜は1.5より大きい硫黄富化係数を有し、ナフサ供給物は硫黄を含有する芳香族炭化水素、硫黄を含有する非芳香族炭化水素、およびオレフィン化合物を含み、硫黄に富む透過画分はナフサ供給物と比較して、硫黄を含有する芳香族炭化水素および硫黄を含有する非芳香族炭化水素に富み;
ii)硫黄の少ない残留画分を生成物流として回収し;
iii)硫黄に富む透過画分を膜以外のプロセスへ供給して硫黄含量を低下させ;そして
iv)硫黄含量を低下させた透過生成物流を回収する
ことを含む方法。
