帯片材料の長手方向において可変厚さを有する連続材料帯片の、最初の壁厚に関連して連続して減少されている最終の壁厚への柔軟な圧延、
連続する管および輪郭体を形成するための前記材料帯片の再成形、
前記連続する管および輪郭体から個々の管および輪郭体長さへの切断の工程を含んでいる方法に存する。
Claims (10)
- 長手方向において可変壁厚を有する管および輪郭体を製造するための管および輪郭体製造方法であって、
帯片材料の長手方向において可変厚さを有する連続材料帯片の、最初の壁厚に関連して連続して減少されている最終の壁厚への柔軟な圧延と、
連続する管および輪郭体を形成するための前記材料帯片の再成形と、
前記連続する管および輪郭体から長さ個々の管および輪郭体への切断の工程を含んでいることを特徴とする管および輪郭体製造方法。 - 柔軟な圧延後連続する材料帯片が第1巻き取り速度でコイル上に巻かれそして前記連続する材料帯片が第2のより低い巻き取り速度で前記材料帯片を再成形するためにこのコイルから巻き解されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管および輪郭体製造方法。
- 前記再成形後かつ長さへの切断前に前記材料帯片が閉止された管および輪郭体を形成するように長手方向に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の管および輪郭体製造方法。
- 長さへの切断後個々の管または輪郭体片が長さにわたって可変の断面を形成するように再成形されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の管および輪郭体製造方法。
- 前記再成形が油圧内圧成形方法によって行なわれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の管および輪郭体製造方法。
- 長さにわたって最初に均一に丸い管片が、少なくとも1つの長手方向断面が丸ではなく、とくに1が輪で平らにされるように再成形されることを特徴とする請求項4ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の管および輪郭体製造方法。
- 長さにわたって最初に均一の断面を有する輪郭体片が、少なくとも1つの長手方向断面がそれと異なる断面を有するように再成形されることを特徴とする請求項4ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の管および輪郭体製造方法。
- 柔軟な圧延により少なくとも連続して5%の壁厚の減少があることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の管および輪郭体製造方法。
- 互いに隣接する前記帯片材料の部分が最終壁厚において、互いから少なくとも20%、とくに25%以上まで異なることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の管および輪郭体製造方法。
- 一定の壁厚からなる帯片材料の部分間の遷移部分において、ほぼ1:40の壁厚対帯片長さの変化の勾配があることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の管および輪郭体製造方法。
