Abstract
【解決手段】 超弾性形状記憶合金素材の第1ワイヤーと第2ワイヤーをそれぞれ円周の長手方向にL及び2Lの対角線長さで上下にジグザグに折曲させ、長手方向に収縮可能な交絡部、前記収縮に対する反発力を有する交差直線部を形成する。また、円周方向及び長手方向の前記交絡部間に菱形の空間部が形成された中空の網状円筒体から内側及び外側可変状態維持型ステント部110,120を製造し、前記内側及び外側可変状態維持型ステント部に近似した長さの中空の人造チューブ100を前記内側可変状態維持型ステント部の外周面に密着嵌合させ、前記人造チューブの外周面に外側可変状態維持型ステント部を更に密着嵌合させ、前記人造チューブと内側及び外側可変状態維持型ステント部の両端を一体的に固定する。

Claims (5)
- 超弾性形状記憶合金素材である第1ワイヤーと第2ワイヤーをそれぞれ円周の長手方向にLの対角線長さと2Lの対角線長さで上下にジグザグに折曲させながら進める過程により、第1ワイヤー及び第2ワイヤーが互いに折曲部で交絡してなる、長手方向に収縮可能な交絡部、及び第1ワイヤー及び第2ワイヤーが単に交差してなる、長手方向への収縮に対する反発力を有する交差直線部を形成し、円周方向及び長手方向の前記交絡部間に菱形の空間部が形成されるようにして、前記第1ワイヤーと第2ワイヤーがそれぞれ収縮及び拡張自在でありながらも互いに分離できない形態で結合されるようにした中空の網状円筒体から内側及び外側可変状態維持型ステント部を製造する段階と、
前記内側及び外側可変状態維持型ステント部の網状円筒体に近似した長さを有する中空の人造チューブを前記内側可変状態維持型ステント部の外周面に密着して嵌合させる段階と、
前記人造チューブの外周面に外側可変状態維持型ステント部をさらに密着して嵌合させる段階と、
前記人造チューブと内側及び外側可変状態維持型ステント部の両端を一体的に固定する段階とからなることを特徴とする可変状態維持型ステントの製造方法。 - 前記造チューブと内側及び外側可変状態維持型ステント部の両端を一体的に固定する段階は、前記人造チューブと前記内側及び外側可変状態維持型ステントの両端を糸で上下にジグザグにまつり縫って固定した後、両端の一部のみを合成樹脂液に浸漬して結着部を形成することにより、前記造チューブと内側及び外側可変状態維持型ステント部の両端を一体的に固定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変状態維持型ステントの製造方法。
- 前記合成樹脂液がポリウレタンであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の可変状態維持型ステントの製造方法。
- 超弾性形状記憶合金素材である第1ワイヤーと第2ワイヤーをそれぞれ円周の長手方向にLの対角線長さと2Lの対角線長さで上下にジグザグに折曲させながら進める過程により、第1ワイヤー及び第2ワイヤーが互いに折曲部で交絡してなる、長手方向に収縮可能な交絡部、及び第1ワイヤー及び第2ワイヤーが単に交差してなる、長手方向への収縮に対する反発力を有する交差直線部を形成し、円周方向及び長手方向の前記交絡部間に菱形の空間部が形成されるようにして、前記第1ワイヤーと第2ワイヤーがそれぞれ収縮及び拡張自在でありながらも互いに分離できない形態で結合されるようにした中空の網状円筒形本体からなった内側及び外側可変状態維持型ステント部と、
前記内側及び外側可変状態維持型ステント部の網状円筒体に近似した長さを有し、前記内側及び外側可変状態維持型ステント部の間に密着して嵌合された人造チューブと、
前記人造チューブと内側及び外側可変状態維持型ステント部の両端を一体的に固定する結着部とからなることを特徴とする可変状態維持型ステント。 - 前記結着部は、前記人造チューブと内側及び外側可変状態維持型ステントの両端を糸でまつり縫って固定し、両端の一部のみをポリウレタン液に浸漬してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変状態維持型ステント。
