Abstract
【解決手段】主蒸気入口管(9)からの流れ媒体の一部が、流体機械(1)に流入する前に、排気室(7)に導かれ、熱交換器(8)によって冷却され、入口室(17)を経て流体機械(1)に流入し、そのようにして冷却された流れ媒体によって、入口室(7)内に存在する熱的に大きく負荷される箇所が冷却される。

Claims (10)
- 主蒸気入口管(9)と入口室(17)と車室(2)と排気室(7)とを有し、運転中に流れ媒体が流体機械を貫流して流れ、排気室(7)において流出する流体機械(1)における熱的に大きく負荷される箇所の冷却方法において、主蒸気入口管(9)からの流れ媒体の一部を、流体機械(1)に流入する前に熱交換器(8)により冷却し、入口室(17)を経て流体機械(1)に流入させ、そのようにして冷却した流れ媒体により、入口室(7)内に存在し熱的に大きく負荷される箇所を冷却することを特徴とする方法。
- 熱交換器(8)が流体機械(1)の排気室(7)内に存在することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 熱交換器(8)に導く流れ媒体部分を、主蒸気入口管(9)にある止め弁(20)の下流で、主蒸気入口管(9)から分岐することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 熱交換器(8)で冷却された流れ媒体部分の温度が、主蒸気温度より少なくとも10℃低いことを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の方法。
- 熱交換器(8)で冷却した流れ媒体部分の温度が、主蒸気温度より少なくとも20℃低いことを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の方法。
- 熱交換器(8)で冷却した流れ媒体部分を、釣合いピストン(19)に導くことを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載の方法。
- 流れ媒体で貫流され主蒸気入口室(12)に通じる主蒸気入口管(9)と排気室(7)を有する流体機械(1)において、主蒸気入口管(9)が、流れ媒体の一部を分岐して配管(15)を経て熱交換器(8)に導く分岐点(10)を有し、流体機械(1)が熱交換器(8)の下流に流体機械(1)の入口室(17)に通じる供給管(16)を有することを特徴とする流体機械。
- 熱交換器(8)が流体機械(1)の排気室(7)内に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項7記載の流体機械。
- 主蒸気入口管(9)が分岐点(10)の上流に止め弁(20)を有することを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載の流体機械。
- 供給管(16)が釣合いピストン(19)に通じることを特徴とする請求項7から9の1つに記載の流体機械。
