Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、次の式(I):

〔式中、Yは、酸素原子、イオウ原子、置換基を有する炭素原子(C−R5)又は置換基を有する窒素原子(N−R6)であり;R1は、炭素数1〜18を有し、置換基又はエーテル基を有するか又は有しないアルキル基、置換基を有するか又は有しないp−アルキルベンジル基からなり;R2,R3,R5,R6,R7は、同じか又は異なる基であることができ;及びXは、ハロゲン原子、ClO4 −,BF4 −,PF6 −,SbF6 −,TCNQ−,TCNE−,ナフタレンスルホン酸又は有機金属複合体.x.からなる。〕
で示される構造を有する、高密度の光ディスク記録媒体のためのイミン複合体染料を提供する。このビス−スチリル染料は、300nm〜800nmの波長の可視光範囲においてそのスペクトル最大吸光度を有し、高密度の光ディスク記録媒体として用いることができる。

Description
本発明は、概して、高密度光ディスク記録媒体のための染料に関する。さらに特に、本発明は、ビス−スチリル染料及びその製造方法並びに高密度光ディスク記録媒体のためのその使用に関する。
迅速な情報通信の進展及びコンピュータ機能の発達に伴い、種々の情報を、より一層高い記憶密度、より一層高い記憶容量及び低費用を有するより一層コンパクトな記憶媒体において貯蔵する必要がある。通常の磁気記憶媒体の記憶容量、密度及び費用は、現在の情報技術の発達の要求を満たしていない。これらの記憶媒体、特に光学記憶媒体の発達及び研究の動向は、非常に興味のある話題である。光学記憶媒体のための、記録層製造用染料の発達は、最も興味ある現状打破である。目下、有機化学合成及び光化学によって製造される機能的な顔料を有する染料は、光学的特徴を有し、種々の産業分野における装置において、及び非線形光学素子、ディスク上での情報の記録及び表示、フォトレジスタ、サーマル/フォト/エレクトリックセンジング及びインジケータ、エネルギーの変換及び貯蔵、治療及びバイオテクノロジーのような産業分野における更なる発達のために用いられている。

C4H8であるR1を有する構造(V)を有する化合物の出発材料0.01モル、及びHであるR4及び−C(CH3)2であるYを有する構造(VI)を有する化合物0.02モルを、20mLの酢酸エチル中に溶解し、及び還流温度に約3〜4時間加熱する。反応の完了後、その溶液をろ過し及びベーキングし、及び約70%の収率を有するオフホワイトの固体結晶を得る。オフホワイトの固体の化学構造(II−1)を以下に示す:
3,5−ジメチルピペリジンであるR2及び水素原子であるR3を有する構造(III)を有する化合物の出発材料0.02モル、及び構造(II−1)を有する化合物0.01モルを、20mLのアルコール中に溶解し、及びアルコールの還流温度に約3〜4時間加熱する。反応の完了後、その溶液をろ過し及びベーキングし、及び化学構造(IV−1)を有するグレイの固体結晶を得る。次いで、構造(IV−1)を有するこの固体0.01モル及びNaPF60.01モルを25mLのアルコール中に溶解し、及び還流温度に加熱し、イオン交換反応で処理する。反応の完了後、その溶液をろ過し及びベーキングし、及び化学構造(I−1)及び約80%の収率を有するパープルの固体結晶を得る。このパープルの固体結晶の化学構造(I−1)を以下に示す:
上記で得られた化学構造(I−1)を有するビス−スチリル化合物1.5gを、2,2,3,3−テトラフルオロプロパノール中に溶解し、100gの染料溶液を得る。
Claims (3)
- 染料であって:
次の化学構造:
〔式中、Yは、酸素原子、イオウ原子、置換基を有する炭素原子(C−R5)、又は置換基を有する窒素原子(N−R6)か又は置換基を有しない窒素原子からなり;
R1は、炭素数1〜18を有し、置換基又はエーテル基を有するか又は有しないアルキル基、置換基を有するか又は有しないp−アルキルベンジル基からなり;
R2,R3,R5,R6,R7は、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、ボロン酸、ニトロ基、シアノ基、アダマンチル基、スルホ基、スルホニル基、アミド基でそれぞれが酸素、イオウ又は窒素を含み、炭素数1〜8を有するスルアルキル基、炭素数1〜8を有するアルコキシル基、炭素数1〜8を有するカルボキシ基、炭素数1〜8を有するアルコキシカルボニル基、ヒドロキシル基、フェロセニル基又は複素環式基を含む同じか又は異なる基であることができ;
R4は、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、ニトロ基、アルキル基、スルホニル基、置換基を有するか又は有しないベンゼン環であることができ;及び
Xは、ハロゲン原子、ClO4 −,BF4 −,PF6 −,SbF6 −,TCNQ−,TCNE−,ナフタレンスルホン酸又は有機金属複合体からなる。〕
で示される構造を有するビス−スチリル染料誘導体を含有することを特徴とする染料。 - 光学記録媒体であって:
透明基板;
化学構造:[化1]で示される構造を有するビス−スチリル染料誘導体を少なくとも含有する記録層;
前記記録層上に配置される反射層;及び
前記反射層上に配置される第2基板
を含むことを特徴とする光学記録媒体。 - 記憶媒体の製造方法であって:
化学構造:[化1]で示される構造を有するビス−スチリル染料誘導体を含有する染料を提供すること;
信号面を有する第1透明基板を提供すること;
有機溶媒中に前記染料を溶解させることによって染料溶液を調製すること;
第1透明基板上に記録層を形成すること;
記録層上に反射層を形成すること;及び
第1透明基板上に第2基板を接着させること
を含むことを特徴とする記憶媒体の製造方法。
