Abstract

Claims (11)
- 多極リング及び動的シールを有し、ハウジングに固定されるシール部材を備えた、固定された支持体と回転可能なハウジングの間に用いられるシール装置であって、
前記支持体(2)が前記動的シール(7)のための対向面(12)として軌道輪(13)を備えていることを特徴とするシール装置。 - 前記軌道輪(13)が半径方向外方に延びる保護リング(16)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のシール装置。
- 前記シール部材(5)が半径方向に延びる支持リング(6)を有し、前記支持リングの半径方向内方の部分(9)に前記動的シール(7)が取り付けられ、前記支持リングの半径方向外方の部分(19)に静的シール(20)及び前記多極リング(8)が取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のシール装置。
- 前記シール部材(5)が半径方向に延びる支持リング(6)を有し、前記支持リングが軸線方向に延びる円筒部分(4)を有し、この円筒部分が前記ハウジング(3)に前記シール部材(5)を固定するために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3の何れか1に記載のシール装置。
- 前記ハウジング(3)が前記円筒部分(4)の中に挿入可能なブッシュを有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のシール装置。
- 前記円筒部分(4)が前記ハウジングの開口部の中に挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のシール装置。
- 前記多極リング(8)が静的シール(20)と一体になって前記支持リング(6)の前記円筒部分(4)と前記ハウジング(3)の間に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項4から6の何れか1に記載のシール装置。
- 前記動的シール(7)がリップシール(10、11)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7の何れか1に記載のシール装置。
- 前記動的シール(7)が軸線方向に封止を行うリップ(14)を有し、これが前記保護リング(16)の軸線方向内側(15)に当接することを特徴とする、請求項2及び請求項2に従属する部分に係る請求項3から8の何れか1に記載のシール装置。
- 前記多極リング(8)が磁化可能なエラストマ材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1から9の何れか1に記載のシール装置。
- 前記多極リング(8)の外周部分(21)がエラストマからなることを特徴とする、請求項1から10の何れか1に記載のシール装置。
