Abstract

Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つの太陽発電機(2)で生成された直流電圧を交流電圧に変換するための回路構造(1)であって、この回路構造(1)は電気エネルギー蓄積器(3)、特にコンデンサと、エネルギー蓄積器(3)に後置されたインバータ回路(4)とを含んでいる形式のものにおいて、
エネルギー蓄積器(3)にスイッチング素子(9)が前置されており、回路構造(1)は、太陽発電機の所定の第1の発電機電圧(U1)を上回るとスイッチング素子が開き、第1の発電機電圧を下回ると、または第1の発電機電圧に比べて低い第2の発電機電圧(U2)を下回ると、スイッチング素子が閉じるように構成されており、それにより、インバータ回路(4)にとって可能な入力電圧範囲が増加することを特徴とする回路構造。 - スイッチング素子(9)によって制限される電圧範囲が、インバータ回路(4)の許容される入力電圧範囲よりも狭いか、またはこれと等しい、請求項1に記載の回路構造。
- 発電機の無負荷電圧と公称動作電圧との電圧比率が約2.2:1から約3:1、特に2.8:1のとき、インバータ回路(4)にとって基準となる電圧比率が約1.5:1から約2.0:1、特に約1.8:1まで低減されるように、スイッチング素子(9)がクロッキングされる、請求項1または2に記載の回路構造。
- 閾値電圧(U1)を上回るとスイッチング素子(9)の開放を惹起するようにつながれた、インバータ回路(4)の入力電圧を検出するための第1の手段(12)が設けられている、前記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の回路構造。
- 特定の電圧値を上回ると、特に、スイッチング素子(9)の絶縁耐力によって規定される値に特に25%の安全余裕を加えた値を上回ると、スイッチング素子(9)の閉止を惹起するようにつながれた、スイッチング素子(9)に印加されている電圧を検出する手段(13)が設けられている、前記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の回路構造。
- スイッチング素子(9)がインバータ回路(4)に直列に前置されている、前記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の回路構造。
- スイッチング素子(9)がMOSFETトランジスタである、前記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の回路構造。
- 前記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の回路構造(1)を提供するための追加モジュール(8)において、少なくとも1つの太陽発電機(2)のための少なくとも1つの入力側の電気接続部(14)と、インバータモジュール(6)のための少なくとも1つの出力側の電気接続部(15)とを備えており、スイッチング素子(9)は追加モジュール(8)に格納され、エネルギー蓄積器(3)はインバータモジュール(6)に格納されている、追加モジュール。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の回路構造と、少なくとも1つの薄層太陽電池発電機モジュール(2)とを備えるソーラー設備システム。
- 請求項8に記載の追加モジュールを備えており、特にインバータモジュール(6)は結晶太陽電池発電機用として電気的に設計されており、電位分離のために変圧器を備えるストリングインバータとして構成されている、請求項9に記載のソーラー設備システム。
- 少なくとも1つの太陽発電機(2)で生成された直流電圧を利用するための回路構造(1)であって、この回路構造(1)は電気エネルギー蓄積器(3)、特にコンデンサと、エネルギー蓄積器(3)に後置された消費部(6)または電気回路とを含んでいる形式のものにおいて、
エネルギー蓄積器(3)にスイッチング素子(9)が前置されており、回路構造(1)は、太陽発電機の所定の第1の発電機電圧(U1)を上回るとスイッチング素子が開き、第1の発電機電圧を下回ると、または第1の発電機電圧に比べて低い第2の発電機電圧(U2)を下回るとスイッチング素子が閉じるように構成されており、それにより、消費部(6)または電気回路にとって可能な入力電圧範囲が増加することを特徴とする回路構造。
