Description
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つの太陽発電機(2)で生成された直流電圧を利用するための回路構造(1)であって、この回路構造(1)はコンデンサ(3)、特にコンデンサと、コンデンサ(3)に後置された消費部(6)または電気回路とを含んでいる形式のものにおいて、
コンデンサ(3)にスイッチング素子(9)が前置されており、回路構造(1)は、太陽発電機の所定の第1の発電機電圧(U1)を上回るとスイッチング素子が開き、第1の発電機電圧を下回ると、または第1の発電機電圧に比べて低い第2の発電機電圧(U2)を下回るとスイッチング素子が閉じるように構成されており、それにより、消費部(6)または電気回路にとって可能な入力電圧範囲が増加することを特徴とする回路構造。 - スイッチング素子(9)に印加される電圧が、スイッチング素子(9)の絶縁耐力によって規定される値に25%の安全マージンを加えた値を上回ると、スイッチング素子(9)の閉止を惹起するようにつながれた、スイッチング素子(9)に印加されている電圧を検出する手段(13)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路構造。
- スイッチング素子(9)がMOSFETトランジスタであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の回路構造。
- 少なくとも1つの太陽発電機(2)と接続するための少なくとも1つの入力側の電気接続部(14)と、インバータモジュール(6)と接続するための少なくとも1つの出力側の電気接続部(15)とを備えた追加モジュール(8)であって、追加モジュール(8)の中にスイッチング素子(9)が配置され、インバータモジュール(6)の中にコンデンサ(3)が配置され、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の回路構造(1)を生成するための追加モジュール。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の回路構造と、少なくとも1つの薄層太陽電池発電機モジュール(2)とを備えるソーラー設備システム。
- 請求項4に記載の追加モジュールを備えており、インバータモジュール(6)は結晶太陽電池発電機用として電気的に設計されており、電位分離のために変圧器を備えるストリングインバータとして構成されている、請求項5に記載のソーラー設備システム。
