Abstract
【解決手段】主段部(14)の作業圧が、前段部(12)の、前段部流入路(38)に作用する流入圧を設定し、かつ前段部(12)の前段部流入路(38)が前段部(12)の制御通路(38)と重複していて、該制御通路(38)が、弁スプール(44)を操作するために役立つようにした。

Claims (8)
- 圧力調整ユニット、特に自動車の自動変速機のための圧力調整ユニットであって、前段部(12)が設けられており、該前段部(12)には、前段部流入路(38)と前段部戻り路(34)との間の流体流を制御する弁部材(26)を操作するための、特に電磁式のアクチュエータユニット(20)が設けられており、前段部(12)が、前段部(12)に接続された主段部(14)を制御するために役立ち、該主段部(14)が流入接続部(46)と作業接続部(48)と弁スプール(44)とを有しており、弁スプール(44)が、作業接続部(48)に作用する作業圧を制御するために役立ち、かつ弁スプール(44)が前段部(12)により操作可能である形式のものにおいて、主段部(14)の作業圧が、前段部(12)の、前段部流入路(38)に作用する流入圧を設定し、かつ前段部(12)の前段部流入路(38)が前段部(12)の制御通路(38)と重複していて、該制御通路(38)が、弁スプール(44)を操作するために役立つことを特徴とする圧力調整ユニット。
- 主段部(14)の作業圧が弁スプール(44)の通路(76,77)を介して前段部流入路(38)に作用する、請求項1記載の圧力調整ユニット。
- 通路が弁スプール(44)の半径方向孔(76)と盲孔状の軸方向孔(77)とを有している、請求項2記載の圧力調整ユニット。
- 弁スプール(78)の通路(76,77)内に絞りが配置されている、請求項2または3記載の圧力調整ユニット。
- 弁スプール(44)が管状のアキュムレータ質量体(68)を貫通しており、該アキュムレータ質量体(68)の一方の端面には、第1のばね室(65)内に配置されていてハウジング領域(36)に支持されている第1の圧縮ばね(64)が当て付けられており、他方の端面には、第2のばね室(71)内に配置されている第2の圧縮ばね(70)が支持されており、該第2の圧縮ばね(70)が弁スプール(44)に作用する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の圧力調整ユニット。
- 主段部(14)の弁スプール(44)が前段部(12)の弁部材(26)に対して同軸的に配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の圧力調整ユニット。
- 前段部(12)が平座形圧力調整器として形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の圧力調整ユニット。
- 前段部の弁部材(26)が約0〜約250μmのストローク範囲を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の圧力調整ユニット。
