Abstract
【解決手段】CT検出器は、フォトダイオード・アレイ(52)とシンチレータ・アレイ(56)との間に設けられている制御型空隙(92)を、シンチレータ・アレイの上に設けられている反射防止層(86)と共に用いる。フォトダイオード・アレイは光吸収を改善する凹凸付き受光面(88)を含んでいる。凹凸層は、x軸及び/又はy軸に沿って延在していてよく、また凹凸形状は様々な形態であってよい。例えば、凹凸層は一連の錐形状の突起(90)を含んでいてよい。

Claims (10)
- 受光したX線を光へ変換するように構成されているシンチレータのアレイ(56)と、
該シンチレータのアレイ(56)と動作に関して関連しており前記シンチレータのアレイ(56)から検出された光に応答して電気信号を出力するように構成されている光検出素子のアレイ(52)と、
前記シンチレータのアレイ(56)と前記光検出素子のアレイ(52)との間に配設されている空隙(92)とを備えた計算機式断層写真法(CT)検出器(20)。 - 前記シンチレータのアレイ(56)に結合されている反射防止層(86)をさらに含んでいる請求項1に記載の計算機式断層写真法(CT)検出器(20)。
- 前記光検出素子のアレイ(52)は、前記シンチレータのアレイ(56)により放出される前記光を受光する凹凸層(88)を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の計算機式断層写真法(CT)検出器(20)。
- 前記凹凸層(88)は、前記光検出素子のアレイ(52)の上面に沿って延在する一連の錐状突起(90)を含んでいる、請求項3に記載の計算機式断層写真法(CT)検出器(20)。
- 前記シンチレータのアレイ(56)は二次元的に構成されている、請求項1に記載の計算機式断層写真法(CT)検出器(20)。
- 前記光検出素子のアレイ(52)は二次元的に構成されている、請求項1に記載の計算機式断層写真法(CT)検出器(20)。
- 医療撮像スキャナ(10)に組み入れられている請求項1に記載の計算機式断層写真法(CT)検出器(20)。
- 前記光検出素子のアレイはアレイ(52)状に構成されている複数の感光素子(60)を含んでおり、前記アレイ(52)は非平面状の光検出面(88)を有している、請求項1に記載の計算機式断層写真法(CT)検出器(20)。
- 前記シンチレータのアレイ(56)に結合されている反射防止層(86)と前記非平面状の光検出面(88)との間に配設されている一様な空隙(92)をさらに含んでいる請求項9に記載の計算機式断層写真法(CT)検出器(20)。
- 前記非平面状の光検出面(88)は、該光検出面(88)の全長及び全幅に沿って延在している一連の錐形状の突起(90)を含んでいる、請求項8に記載の計算機式断層写真法(CT)検出器(20)。
