Abstract
【解決手段】 動圧信号を高温環境から信号を著しく減衰させずに測定できる場所まで送信するのに適する構成要素(10、110、210)を提供する。特に、この構成要素は、測定システムで凝縮物の形成を発生させず、従って、システムから凝縮物を定期的にパージングすることを不要にするように、動圧信号の送信を実行する。

Claims (10)
- 燃焼器の動圧プローブホルダ(10、110、210)において、
圧力感知通路(18、118、218)を有し、前記圧力感知通路に動作結合された圧力センサチャンバを規定するホルダ本体(16、116、216)と、
前記圧力感知通路に動作結合された孔を有し、コイルにおける凝縮物の形成を回避するために前記ホルダ本体に対して熱交換関係で配置されるように前記ホルダ本体の周囲に巻き付けられた細長い音響減衰コイル(86、186、286)とを具備するプローブホルダ。 - 前記減衰コイルは前記圧力感知通路と同軸に巻き付けられている請求項1記載のプローブホルダ。
- 前記圧力センサチャンバは前記圧力感知通路に対してほぼ垂直に配置されている請求項1記載のプローブホルダ。
- 前記圧力センサチャンバは前記圧力感知通路とほぼ同軸に配置されている請求項1記載のプローブホルダ。
- 減衰ライン(28)は前記ホルダ本体に同軸に結合され、前記圧力感知通路から前記減衰コイル(86)まで延出している請求項1記載のプローブホルダ。
- 前記ホルダ本体に、前記減衰ラインの側ではない一端部で前記減衰コイルの孔との間で圧縮機排出空気を連通する第2の通路(72)が形成されている請求項5記載のプローブホルダ。
- 凝縮物の形成を防止しつつ、燃焼器からの動圧信号を収集する方法において、
圧力感知通路(18、118、218)を有し、前記圧力感知通路に動作結合された圧力センサを収容するホルダ本体(16、116、216)と、前記圧力感知通路に結合され、熱源に対して熱交換関係で配置された細長い減衰コイル(86、186、286)とを具備する動圧プローブ(10、110,210)装置を設けることと、
燃焼器から前記圧力感知通路を介して動圧信号を供給することと、
前記動圧信号を前記圧力センサによって検出することと、
前記圧力センサの下流側で前記動圧信号を前記減衰コイルを具備する音響減衰システム(19)へ送信し、それにより、前記熱源からの熱が前記減衰コイルにおける凝縮物の形成を防止するようにすることとから成る方法。 - 前記ホルダ本体は前記熱源を具備し、前記減衰コイルは前記ホルダ本体と熱交換関係にあるように前記ホルダ本体の周囲に巻き付けられている請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記減衰コイルの受動パージングを実行し、それにより、前記減衰コイルにおける凝縮物の形成を防止するために、前記減衰コイルに圧縮機排出空気(72、78)を供給することを更に含む請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記供給する過程は、前記燃焼器の外壁(12)とライナ(14)との間の半径方向空間内で圧縮機排出空気にさらされる入口を有する第2の通路(72)を前記ホルダ本体(16)に設けることにより実行される請求項9記載の方法。
