Abstract
【解決手段】押圧手段5により軸線方向に押し付け合う互いに対向する2個の接触手段4a,4bによって、ツール収容部2とツール3との管で振動軸線Aに沿って超音波を伝達する継手構造において、接触手段4a,4bのうち少なくとも一方の接触手段に、少なくとも1個の軸線方向に指向する線状又は点状の接触尖端6を設ける。好適には、接触手段4a,4bにわたり複数個の接触尖端6を互いにずらして間隔をあけて配置したり、又は双方の接触手段4a,4bにそれぞれ接触尖端6を設けたり、接触尖端6を線状、特に、例えば、リング状に構成する。

Claims (6)
- 押圧手段(5)により軸線方向に押し付け合う互いに対向する2個の接触手段(4a,4b)によって、ツール収容部(2)とツール(3)との管で振動軸線(A)に沿って超音波を伝達する継手構造において、接触手段(4a,4b)のうち少なくとも一方の接触手段に、少なくとも1個の軸線方向に指向する線状又は点状の接触尖端(6)を設けたことを特徴とする超音波伝達継手構造。
- 接触手段(4a,4b)にわたり複数個の接触尖端(6)を互いにずらして間隔をあけて配置した請求項1記載の超音波伝達継手構造。
- 双方の接触手段(4a,4b)にそれぞれ接触尖端(6)を設けた請求項1又は2記載の超音波伝達継手構造。
- 接触尖端(6)を線状に構成した請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の超音波伝達継手構造。
- 線状に構成した接触尖端(6)をリング状に構成した請求項4記載の超音波伝達継手構造。
- 押圧手段(5)を軸線方向に指向するねじ連結固定装置として構成した請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の超音波伝達継手構造。
