Abstract
【解決手段】変速機(14)の変速制御手段と、アクセルペダル(23A)の踏込み量を検出する踏込み量検出手段と、走行モータ(13)に圧油を送る走行ポンプ(12)の負荷圧を検出する負荷圧検出手段と、油圧走行車両の車速を検出する車速検出手段と、検出された負荷圧が所定値以上であり、かつ検出された踏込み量が所定値以上であり、かつ検出された車速に基づいて油圧走行車両が減速状態にあると判断される場合には、変速機制御手段にシフトダウン信号を送り、変速機(14)をシフトダウンさせるコントローラ(30)とを備える構成とする。

Description
変速機の変速制御手段と;走行モータに圧油を送る走行ポンプの負荷圧を検出する負荷圧検出手段と;油圧走行車両の車速を検出する車速検出手段と;負荷圧検出手段により検出された負荷圧が所定値以上であり、車速検出手段により検出された車速に基づいて油圧走行車両が減速状態にあると判断される場合には、変速機制御手段にシフトダウン信号を送り、変速機をシフトダウンさせるコントローラとを備えることを特徴とするものである。
変速機の変速制御手段と;アクセルペダルの踏込み量を検出する踏込み量検出手段と;走行モータに圧油を送る走行ポンプの負荷圧を検出する負荷圧検出手段と;油圧走行車両の車速を検出する車速検出手段と;負荷圧検出手段により検出された負荷圧が所定値以上であり、かつ踏込み量検出手段により検出された踏込み量が所定値以上であり、かつ車速検出手段により検出された車速に基づいて油圧走行車両が減速状態にあると判断される場合には、変速機制御手段にシフトダウン信号を送り、変速機をシフトダウンさせるコントローラとを備えることを特徴とするものである。

Claims (4)
- 変速機(14)の変速制御手段と、
走行モータ(13)に圧油を送る走行ポンプ(12)の負荷圧を検出する負荷圧検出手段と、
油圧走行車両の車速を検出する車速検出手段と、
前記負荷圧検出手段により検出された負荷圧が所定値以上であり、かつ前記車速検出手段により検出された車速に基づいて前記油圧走行車両が減速状態にあると判断される場合には、前記変速機制御手段にシフトダウン信号を送り、前記変速機(14)をシフトダウンさせるコントローラ(30)とを備える
ことを特徴とする油圧走行車両の自動変速装置。 - 変速機(14)の変速制御手段と、
アクセルペダル(23A)の踏込み量を検出する踏込み量検出手段と、
走行モータ(13)に圧油を送る走行ポンプ(12)の負荷圧を検出する負荷圧検出手段と、
油圧走行車両の車速を検出する車速検出手段と、
前記負荷圧検出手段により検出された負荷圧が所定値以上であり、かつ前記踏込み量検出手段により検出された踏込み量が所定値以上であり、かつ前記車速検出手段により検出された車速に基づいて前記油圧走行車両が減速状態にあると判断される場合には、前記変速機制御手段にシフトダウン信号を送り、前記変速機(14)をシフトダウンさせるコントローラ(30)とを備える
ことを特徴とする油圧走行車両の自動変速装置。 - 前記変速制御手段は、2位置切換弁(16)であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の油圧走行車両の自動変速装置。
- 前記変速機(14)は、2段であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の油圧走行車両の自動変速装置。
