Abstract
【解決手段】蓄電池のセル室内上部に形成した排気室8に内部発生ガスを該排気室内に導入する導入孔9と、排気室内に進入した発生ガスを排気する排気孔10と、液の還流孔11を設け、更には防沫板13を設け、排気室の底面12を液還流孔に向かって傾斜する傾斜面とすると共に、防沫板も液還流孔に向かって傾斜する様に形成した。

Description
なお、排気室8の導入孔9や液還流孔11が形成されている注液口7と隣接する側壁8aも斜めに形成されている。
なお、排気室8の導入孔9は排気室8上部に形成し、液還流孔11を排気室8下部に形成した例を示したが、排気室8上部の導入孔9を省き、液還流孔11が導入孔を兼ねるようにしても良い。

Claims (3)
- 蓄電池上部に排気室を形成し、該排気室内に排気室内を区分することのない様に隙間を形成した防沫板を形成して該排気室内に迷路を形成すると共に、該排気室に蓄電池の発生ガスを該排気室内に導入する導入孔と該排気室の上部に該排気室からガスを排出する排出孔と、該排気室の下端部に排気室内に進入した液を還流する液還流孔を設け、かつ、該排気室底面を液還流孔に向かって下方傾斜する傾斜面とすると共に、防沫板も隙間と液還流孔側に向かって傾斜するよう形成したことを特徴とする蓄電池排気構造。
- 排気室内に迷路を形成する防沫板の隙間側先端を傾斜する排気室底面の沿って折り曲げられた折り返し部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の蓄電池排気構造。
- 排気室と排気孔を介して連通する排気通路を形成し、該排気通路を介して外部と連通する連通と共に、該排気通路には該通路を遮る仕切り壁を設け、該仕切り壁の全上端を、排気通路を形成する両側の壁の上端と同一平面上に位置する平坦な面としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の蓄電池排気構造
