Claims (2)
- 蓄電池の蓋部に、その上面に凹部が形成され、覆蓋で覆われた各セル室に対応した排気室と、外部排気口と、該排気室と該外部排気口を連通し、蓋上面に凹部と区画壁により形成された連通排気路とを形成し、
該排気室内には排気室内を区分することのないように隙間を形成した防沫板を水平方向に液還流孔に向かって傾斜させて形成して該排気室内に迷路を形成すると共に、
該排気室に、蓄電池の発生ガスを該排気室内に導入する導入孔と、該排気室から連通排気路へガスを排出する排出孔と、該排気室の下端部に排気室内に浸入した液を還流する液還流孔を設け、
該排気室底面を液還流孔に向かって下降傾斜する傾斜面とすると共に、防沫板の傾斜方向の先端も水平面に対して隙間と該液還流孔側に向かって下降傾斜するよう形成し、
前記連通排気路底面も該排気室の排出孔に向かって下降傾斜する傾斜面とし、該連通排気路底面が該排気室の液還流孔へ向かい下降傾斜していることを特徴とする蓄電池排気構造。 - 排気室を区画形成する区画壁の上端面と、連通排気路を形成する区画壁の上端面とを同一平面上に位置させたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の蓄電池排気構造。
