Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明に係る電気加熱装置1は、加熱ブロックを形成するように組み合わされ、かつ各々が別個に制御され得る複数の加熱素子17と、加熱素子17を制御する制御装置16とを有し、加熱素子(17)の各々の発熱量は別個に調整され得る、電気加熱装置であって、制御装置(16)は、個々の加熱素子(17)の制御が行われる時、個々の加熱素子(17)へのそれぞれの別個に調整可能な発熱量の割り当てが、所定の時間間隔(TR)で変更され得るように構成されている。

Claims (15)
- 加熱ブロックを形成するように組み合わされ、かつ各々が別個に制御され得る複数の加熱素子(17)と、前記加熱素子(17)を制御する制御装置(16)とを有し、前記加熱素子(17)の各々の発熱量は別個に調整され得る、電気加熱装置であって、
前記制御装置(16)は、個々の前記加熱素子(17)の制御が行われる時、個々の前記加熱素子(17)へのそれぞれの別個に調整可能な発熱量の割り当てが、所定の時間間隔(TR)で変更され得るように構成された電気加熱装置。 - 前記割り当ての変更は、個々の前記加熱素子(17)へのそれぞれ別個に調整される発熱量の割り当ての置換又は循環を示す請求項1に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記制御装置(16)は、最大発熱量及びゼロ発熱量の間の切り替えにより前記加熱素子(17)の少なくとも1つを制御する請求項1又は2に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記制御装置(16)は、連続的に調整可能な発熱量を介して前記加熱素子(17)の少なくとも1つを制御する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記制御装置(16)は、連続的に調整可能な発熱量を介して前記加熱素子(17)の1つを、かつ最大発熱量及びゼロ発熱量の間の切り替えにより全ての他の前記加熱素子(17)を制御する請求項1に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記制御装置(16)は、パルス幅変調を介して、発熱量が連続的に調整可能な少なくとも1つの前記加熱素子(17)を制御する請求項4又は5に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 所定の前記時間間隔(TR)は、前記パルス幅変調の期間(TPWM)の整数の倍数(k)を示す請求項6に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記電気加熱装置は、合計4つの別個に制御可能な前記加熱素子(17)を備え、かつ所定の前記時間間隔(TR)は、前記パルス幅変調の前記期間(TPWM)の8倍に等しい請求項7に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 加熱ブロックを形成するように組み合わされ、かつ各々が別個に制御され得る複数の加熱素子(17)を有し、前記加熱素子(17)の各々の発熱量が別個に調整される、電気加熱装置を制御する方法であって、個々の前記加熱素子(17)へのそれぞれの別個に調整される発熱量の割り当ては、所定の時間間隔(TR)で変更される、電気加熱装置の制御方法。
- 前記割り当ての変更は、個々の前記加熱素子(17)へのそれぞれの別個に調整される発熱量の割り当ての置換又は循環を示す請求項9に記載の電気加熱装置の制御方法。
- 前記加熱素子(17)の1つは、最大発熱量及びゼロ発熱量の間の切り替えによって制御される請求項9又は10に記載の電気加熱装置の制御方法。
- 前記加熱素子(17)の少なくとも1つは、連続的に調整可能な発熱量を介して制御される請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載の電気加熱装置の制御方法。
- 前記加熱素子(17)の1つは、連続的に調整可能な発熱量を介して制御され、かつ全ての他の加熱素子(17)は、最大発熱量及びゼロ発熱量の間の切り替えによって制御される請求項11又は12に記載の電気加熱装置の制御方法。
- 発熱量が連続的に調整可能な少なくとも1つの前記加熱素子(17)は、パルス幅変調を介して制御される請求項12又は13に記載の電気加熱装置の制御方法。
- 所定の前記時間間隔(TR)は、前記パルス幅変調の期間(TPWM)の整数の倍数(k)を示す請求項14に記載の電気加熱装置の制御方法。
