Abstract
【解決手段】設定値と実効値との比較に基づく再調整によって、動作条件が絶え間なく変化する中で、電力を指定された要求電力に補正する。この目的のため、加熱装置を流れる全電流を、例えばホールセンサによって測定し、規定の車内電圧を乗じることによって、瞬間的な消費電力(実効値)を求める。

Claims (15)
- 特に電気推進装置を備えた自動車用の電気加熱装置であって、
前記加熱装置を流れる電流によって加熱電力を調整する制御装置(230,320)、
を備えている、電気加熱装置において、
全加熱電流(360)を測定する装置と、
測定された前記全加熱電流(360)と、前記自動車の車内電圧(350)とから、瞬間的な加熱電力を計算する計算装置(310)と、
前記制御装置(230,320)によって調整される前記加熱電力が、前記瞬間的な加熱電力および設定値(370)に基づいて再調整されることと、
を特徴とする、電気加熱装置。 - 前記全加熱電流(360)を測定する前記装置がホールセンサ(400)を備えている、
請求項1に記載の電気加熱装置。 - 少なくとも1つの加熱素子を有する第1の電気加熱ステージ(330)、
を備えており、
前記第1の電気加熱ステージ(330)の加熱電力を、前記制御装置(230,320)によって連続的に調整する、または小さいステップ間隔で調整することができる、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気加熱装置。 - それぞれが少なくとも1つの加熱素子を有する1つまたは複数のさらなる電気加熱ステージ(335)、
をさらに備えており、
前記さらなる電気加熱ステージ(335)それぞれの加熱電力が、0と最大電力との間でのみ切り替え可能であり、
前記加熱電力を、前記電気加熱ステージ(330,335)の前記制御装置(230,320)により、前記加熱ステージそれぞれを流れる電流によって個別に調整できる、
請求項3に記載の電気加熱装置。 - 前記車内電圧(350)が、前記自動車の通信インタフェースを通じてメッセージとして前記加熱装置に送信される、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置。 - 前記通信インタフェースが車載バスである、
請求項5に記載の電気加熱装置。 - 前記車内電圧(350)が前記加熱装置において測定される、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置。 - 前記第1の電気加熱ステージ(330)の前記加熱電力を、前記第1の電気加熱ステージ(330)を流れる電流の変調によって小さいステップ間隔で調整することができ、
前記加熱装置が、割当てテーブル(500)を格納する第2の不揮発性メモリ(410)をさらに備えており、前記割当てテーブル(500)が、前記第1の電気加熱ステージ(330)を作動させる時間長(520)を、複数の所定の電力段(510)の各電力段に割り当てており、
前記第1の電気加熱ステージ(330)の前記加熱電力を調整する前記制御装置(230,320)が、前記第1の電気加熱ステージ(330)を流れる電流を、指定されているサイクルフレームの中で、前記割当てテーブル(500)において電力段(510)に割り当てられている前記時間長(520)だけ通電する、
請求項3から請求項7のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置。 - 前記割当てテーブル(500)に格納されている前記時間長(520)と、前記第1の電気加熱ステージの、対応する前記電力段(510)の電力値との間の依存関係が、非線形である、
請求項8に記載の電気加熱装置。 - 流体を加熱するのに適している、
請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置。 - 前記設定値(370)からの、前記瞬間的な加熱電力の逸脱量を求めるための比較器(310)、
をさらに備えており、
前記再調整が、前記設定値(370)からの、前記瞬間的な加熱電力の前記逸脱量を最小にする、
請求項1から請求項10のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置。 - 前記加熱素子がPTC加熱素子である、
請求項1から請求項11のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置。 - 前記再調整がマイクロコントローラ(310)によって実施される、
請求項1から請求項12のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置。 - 自動車用の電気加熱装置を制御する方法であって、
加熱電力が前記加熱装置を流れる電流によって調整される、
方法において、
全加熱電流(360)を測定するステップと、
測定された前記全加熱電流(360)と、前記自動車の車内電圧(350)とから、瞬間的な加熱電力を計算するステップと、
調整される前記加熱電力を、前記瞬間的な加熱電力および設定値(370)に基づいて再調整するステップと、
を特徴とする、方法。 - 前記加熱装置が、少なくとも1つの加熱素子を有する第1の電気加熱ステージ(330)を備えており、
前記設定のステップが、前記第1の電気加熱ステージ(330)を連続的に、または小さいステップ間隔で調整する、
請求項14に記載の方法。
