Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、スプレー塗装装置のスプレー形成部において霧化以前に塗装流体を混合及び分解することによって霧化を改良したスプレー塗装装置を提供する。本発明のスプレー塗装装置は、スプレー形成出口上流の流れ障壁に隣接して配置される混合誘発弁を有する。混合誘発弁は、流体混合を促進する多様な鈍化/角度付き構造及び内部通路を有し得る。また、混合誘発弁は、流れ障壁と相互作用して流体混合及び流体分解を増大するようにしてもよい。本スプレー塗装装置の1つの実施形態は、混合誘発弁に隣接する、衝突ジェット部のような内部流体分解部を有する。結果として得られるスプレー塗装は、まだらの減少といった、改良された特性を有する。

Claims (10)
- スプレー塗装装置であって、
流体出口の上流の流体分解構造に隣接して配置される混合誘発弁組立体を備える流体供給組立体と、
前記流体供給組立体に結合されるスプレー形成組立体とを備えるスプレー塗装装置。 - 前記混合誘発弁組立体が、前記流体供給組立体の流体流れ領域内に配置可能な少なくとも1つの鈍化縁端を備える、請求項1に記載のスプレー塗装装置。
- 前記混合誘発弁組立体が鈍化先端付き構造を備える、請求項1に記載のスプレー塗装装置。
- 前記鈍化先端付き構造が、前記流体供給組立体の中央流体通路を横切って延びる横方向面に隣接して配置される、請求項3に記載のスプレー塗装装置。
- 前記混合誘発弁組立体が、少なくとも1つの中央通路と少なくとも1つの鈍化縁端付き出口とを有する中空構造を備える、請求項1に記載のスプレー塗装装置。
- 前記混合誘発弁組立体が、少なくとも1つの中央通路と少なくとも1つの横方向オリフィスとを有する中空構造を備える、請求項1に記載のスプレー塗装装置。
- 前記混合誘発弁組立体が内側に開放可能である、請求項1に記載のスプレー塗装装置。
- 前記混合誘発弁組立体が、前記流体供給組立体内で外側に開放可能である、請求項1に記載のスプレー塗装装置。
- 前記流体分解構造が流体衝突構造を備える、請求項1に記載のスプレー塗装装置。
- 前記スプレー形成組立体が少なくとも1つの流体霧化オリフィスを備える、請求項1に記載のスプレー塗装装置。
