Description
本申請案主張於2007年4月10日提出申請之美國專利申請案序號第60/911,011號的優先權。
可反轉的無空氣(airless)噴霧尖端是已為人知,且長久以來普及的。空氣輔助無空氣噴槍亦是相當普及的,但它們通常因為不容易設置連通至尖端前端處之必要空氣通道而無法將該尖端反轉,以進行清潔。
本發明的裝置使用標準的可反轉尖端,例如Graco’s FFT210。此種氣帽設有四個空氣通路,係沿著徑向朝向內側,且在較佳的實施例中,是位在距離殼體中心線45°處。這些通路距離垂直於該總成之縱向軸線具有12°的角度。這些通路所形成的四個噴口是由該殼體之表面上的四個通道(亦具有12°的傾斜角度)導引,以將空氣流引導至碳化物部位上的橢圓形孔口的中心處。
在氣帽上亦設有二對相對的空氣噴口,垂直於噴漆或其它霧化材料的扇形區域,且這些噴口係相對於垂直該總成縱向軸線之平面呈約20.5°的角度。每一對噴口均是互相相向,並相對於該縱向軸線沿著橫向分隔開,以有助於移除紋路的尾端。
本發明的這些及其它目的可自下面配合於附圖所做的說明而更充分得知,而在這些圖式中,相同的參考編號代表相同或類似的零件。
此空氣輔助無空氣噴霧尖端總成在第1圖中是以10標示,包含有習用的可反轉尖端12,其具有一碳化物部位14,其中設有一貓眼形孔口14a,其主要尺寸(major dimension)是垂直於筒部16。氣帽18在第2圖至第4圖中更詳細地顯示,分別設有第一組及第二組噴口20及22。傾斜噴口20係以相對於一垂直於總成10之縱向軸線24呈約12°之角度,徑向向內朝向著總成10的縱向軸線24,並稍微地朝向前方。
第二組噴口22係垂直於扇形區域26,並沿橫向與該縱向軸線24分隔開。噴口24係與該垂直於總成10之縱向軸線24的平面呈約20.5°的角度。
傾斜噴口20係設置成能導引空氣流沿著設在殼體30之前端上的通道斜面28,該等通道斜面亦相對於垂直於總成10之縱向軸線24的平面呈約12°的角度,以導引空氣流至該橢圓形或貓眼形孔口14a的中心。
另一種實施例是顯示於第8圖中,其中尖端總成30包含有可反轉尖端32,具有一碳化物部位34,其中該貓眼形孔口34a是設置成使其主要尺寸平行於(並非如同習用技術般垂直於)筒部36。一對噴口38朝向著孔口34a
之主要尺寸的二相對側,並垂直於噴霧扇形區域40。

Claims (4)
- 一種可反轉噴霧尖端總成,具有一縱向軸線以及一可轉動筒部,該可轉動筒部包含一碳化物部位,其設有一貓眼形孔口,平行或垂直於該筒部的軸線,該可反轉噴霧尖端總成包含:一氣帽,具有第一及第二組空氣噴口,該第一組空氣噴口徑向向內朝向該碳化物部位;以及一殼體,位於該氣帽內,含有通道,用以將空氣自該第一組噴口導向該碳化物部位;其特徵在於該第二組空氣噴口是沿著橫向自該縱向軸線偏離,並垂直於由該碳化物部位所造成的扇形區域。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可反轉噴霧尖端總成,其中該第一組空氣噴口是自垂直於該縱向軸線之平面向前傾斜約12°。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可反轉噴霧尖端總成,其中該第一組空氣噴口是自該筒部軸線偏離約45°。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可反轉噴霧尖端總成,其中該第二組空氣噴口自垂直於該縱向軸線之平面向前傾斜約20.5°。
