Abstract

技术领域
本申请要求2007年4月10日提交的美国申请序号为60/911,011的利益。本发明涉及可反转的空气辅助无空气喷头。
背景技术
可反转的无空气喷嘴已为人们所熟知并广受欢迎。空气辅助的无空气喷射枪也广受欢迎,但由于沿需要的空气通道到喷头前端存在困难,因此该喷射枪一般不能反转喷头用来清洁。
发明内容
本发明的装置使用标准的可反转喷头,如Graco(格雷索)的FFT210。空气帽设置有四个径向向内的空气通道,且在优选实施例中,空气帽定位成与壳体的中心线成45°角度。所述通道与所述组件的纵向轴线的垂直方向成12°的角度。由这些通道提供的四个喷口由位于壳体的表面中的四个沟槽(也具有12°的倾斜角)进行导向,以将气流引导到硬质合金件中的椭圆形喷孔的中心。
两对相对的空气喷口也设置在空气帽中,并垂直指向涂料或其他喷雾材料的扇形物,并且这些喷口相对于垂直于所述组件的纵向轴线的平面成大约20.5°的角度。每一对相互指向并相对于所述纵向轴线横向间隔开,以有助于将尾部从图案移除。

具体实施方式
在图1中空气辅助的无空气喷头组件被总体标记为10,并且该喷头组件包括具有硬质合金件14的常规可反转喷头12,其中猫眼形喷孔14a定位成使得其主要尺寸垂直于筒体16。图2-4详细示出了空气帽18,该空气帽18分别设置有第一组喷口20和第二组喷口22。倾斜喷口20径向向内指向组件10的纵向轴线24,且相对于垂直于组件10的纵向轴线24的平面稍向前成大约12°的角度。
所述第二组喷口22垂直指向扇形物26并从纵向轴线24横向间隔开。喷口24与垂直于组件10的纵向轴线24的平面成大约20.5°的角度。
倾斜喷口20被设置成用来沿位于壳体30前部的沟槽斜坡28引导气流,所述沟槽斜坡28同样相对于垂直于组件10的纵向轴线24的平面成大约12°的角度,从而将所述流引导到椭圆形或猫眼形的喷孔14a的中心。

Claims (5)

1.一种可反转喷头组件,具有
纵向轴线,
壳体,和
包括硬质合金件的可旋转筒体,该硬质合金件具有猫眼形喷孔,所述猫眼形喷孔定位成使得其主要尺寸垂直于所述筒体的轴线,
其特征在于包括:
空气帽,所述空气帽具有第一组空气喷口和第二组空气喷口,所述第一组空气喷口沿径向向内指向所述硬质合金件;和
位于所述空气帽中的壳体,所述壳体包括用于将所述空气从所述第一组空气喷口向所述硬质合金件引导的沟槽,
其中,所述第二组空气喷口从所述纵向轴线横向偏移并垂直指向由所述硬质合金件产生的扇形物,并且所述第二组空气喷口中的每一对空气喷口相互指向,并且
其中,所述第二组空气喷口中的每对空气喷口分别沿着第一平面和第二平面引导空气,所述第二组空气喷口中的每对空气喷口进一步在所述空气帽的前表面的前方汇聚,并且所述第一平面和所述第二平面从所述扇形物沿其延伸的所述可反转喷头组件的纵向轴线横向偏移并且彼此平行,并且
所述第二组空气喷口位于所述第一组空气喷口的在所述空气帽的径向方向上的外侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的可反转喷头组件,其特征在于所述第一组空气喷口从与所述纵向轴线垂直的平面向前地成大约12°的角度。
3.如权利要求1所述的可反转喷头组件,其特征在于所述第一组空气喷口从所述筒体轴线偏移大约45°。
4.如权利要求1所述的可反转喷头组件,其特征在于所述第二组空气喷口从与所述纵向轴线垂直的平面向前地成大约20.5°的角度。
5.一种可反转喷头组件,具有纵向轴线、壳体和包括硬质合金件的可旋转筒体,该硬质合金件具有猫眼形喷孔,所述猫眼形喷孔设置成使得其主要尺寸平行于所述筒体的轴线,其特征在于包括:
空气帽,所述空气帽具有至少一对第一空气喷口和至少一对第二空气喷口(38),所述第一空气喷口沿径向向内指向所述硬质合金件,其中
所述一对第二空气喷口(38)从所述喷孔(34a)的主要尺寸横向地在同一侧上偏移并且在所述喷孔(34a)的主要尺寸的相对侧处指向并垂直于喷雾扇形物(40),并且
所述第二空气喷口位于第一空气喷口的在所述空气帽的径向方向上的外侧。
