Abstract
【解決手段】エアクッションユニット4は、ベースプレート5と、ベースプレート5に取り付けられた膨張可能なエアクッション6と、ベースプレート5をエアクッション6の上端に接続する内部伸縮ガイド7とを備えている。膨張可能なエアクッション6の加圧の間中、伸縮ガイド7の長さは、エアクッション6の膨張の度合いに応じて変化し、これにより、エアクッションユニット4が内側から支持されて、エアクッション6の望ましくない不規則な動きが無くなる。

Claims (10)
- ベースプレートと、当該ベースプレートに取り付けられた膨張可能なエアクッションとを備えたエアクッションユニットにおいて、
前記ベースプレートと前記エアクッションとを接続する内部伸縮ガイドを備えたことを特徴とするエアクッションユニット。 - 前記内部伸縮ガイドは、ガイド部材に対して摺動自在に配置された第1のロッドを備え、
前記第1のロッドおよび前記ガイド部材は、互いに伸縮可能に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアクッションユニット。 - 前記第1のロッドは中空であり、
前記ガイド部材は、第1のロッドの内側に摺動可能に配置された第2のロッドであり、前記第1のロッドと前記第2のロッドとにによって前記内部伸縮ガイドの伸縮動作が行なわれることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエアクッションユニット。 - 前記内部伸縮ガイドは、互いに伸縮可能に接続された少なくとも3つのロッドを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアクッションユニット。
- 前記複数のロッドは、次第に直径が大きくなり、少なくとも2つのロッドが中空であり、伸縮ガイドの伸縮動作が得られるように、直径の小さいロッドが直径の大きいロッドの内部に摺動自在に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエアクッションユニット。
- 前記内部伸縮ガイドの一端が前記エアクッションの上端に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のエアクッションユニット。
- 前記内部伸縮ガイドの一端に、前記エアクッションの内壁に取り付けられたリング状部材が設けられ、前記伸縮ガイドの前記一端と前記エアクッションの上端との間に間隙が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のエアクッションユニット。
- 前記内部伸縮ガイドの最短の長さは、折り畳み状態の前記エアクッションの断面の高さに対応し、前記内部伸縮ガイドの最長の長さは、少なくとも、完全に膨張した状態の前記エアクッションの断面の高さに対応することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載のエアクッションユニット。
- 前記第1のロッドは、中空であるとともに、前記エアクッションと反対に位置するベースプレートの側で、当該ベースプレートから所定距離延伸していることを特徴とする請求項2〜7のいずれか1つに記載のエアクッションユニット。
- 前記内側伸縮ガイドは第1の端部と第2の端部とを有し、前記第1の端部が前記ベースプレートに接続され、前記第2の端部が前記エアクッションに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載のエアクッションユニット。
