Claims (11)
- 細長の管状体と、

該バルーンに配置された制限構造であって、該制限構造は長手方向の支柱によって接続された、複数の正弦波形状の半径方向のリングを備え、前記長手方向の支柱は、第一長手方向支柱および第二長手方向支柱と、前記制限構造の遠位端部に取り付けられた前記第一長手方向支柱の第一端部および前記正弦波形状の半径方向のリングの近位端部の半径方向のリングに取り付けられた第一長手方向支柱の第二端部と、前記制限構造の近位端部に取り付けられた前記第二長手方向支柱の第一端部および前記正弦波形状の半径方向のリングの遠位端部の半径方向のリングに取り付けられた第二長手方向支柱の第二端部と、を具備し、前記第一長手方向支柱および前記第二長手方向支柱は、交互となる構造で取り付けられており、該制限構造の膨張した場合の直径は、該バルーンの膨張径よりも小さい膨張径を有し、さらに、前記第一長手方向支柱および第二長手方向支柱は、前記制限構造の膨張の際に、長手方向において互いに反対に移動する、制限構造と、
を備える、バルーンカテーテル。 - 前記制限構造が、前記バルーンの遠位端部及び/又は近位端部の、前記カテーテルに取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記制限構造の拡張時の直径が、前記バルーンの拡張時の直径よりも約0.15〜0.3mm小さい、請求項1または2に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記バルーンが、膨張時の前記制限構造を通って突出するピローを備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 制限構造であって、該制限構造は、
該制限構造の長さに沿って間隔を空けて配置された複数の半径方向のリングと、
該制限構造の円周に沿って間隔を空けて配置された複数の長手方向の支柱であって、該複数の長手方向の支柱は、第一長手方向支柱および第二長手方向支柱と、前記制限構造の遠位端部に取り付けられた前記第一長手方向支柱の第一端部および前記複数の半径方向のリングの近位端部の半径方向のリングに取り付けられた第一長手方向支柱の第二端部と、前記制限構造の近位端部に取り付けられた前記第二長手方向支柱の第一端部および前記複数の半径方向のリングの遠位端部の半径方向のリングに取り付けられた第二長手方向支柱の第二端部と、を具備し、前記第一長手方向支柱および前記第二長手方向支柱は、交互となる構造で取り付けられており、さらに、前記第一長手方向支柱および第二長手方向支柱は、前記制限構造の膨張の際に、長手方向において互いに反対に移動する、複数の長手方向の支柱と、を備え、
該制限構造は、バルーンカテーテルを覆うように配置されるよう構成され、拡張状態と萎んだ状態を有する、制限構造。 - 前記半径方向のリングが、前記制限構造の近位端部に向かって延びる一以上の第一ピークと、前記制限構造の遠位端部に向かって延びる一以上の第二ピークを備える、請求項5に記載の制限構造。
- 前記長手方向の支柱が、前記制限構造の一端部から、前記制限構造の反対の端部の最も近くに位置する半径方向のリングに向かって延びる、請求項6に記載の制限構造。
- 各長手方向の支柱が、前記半径方向のリングの第一または第二ピークに取り付けられる、請求項7に記載の制限構造。
- 前記リングが、一以上の正弦状の曲線を備える、請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の制限構造。
- 前記支柱の数が、前記リングの正弦状の曲線の数の2倍である、請求項9に記載の制限構造。
- 前記長手方向の支柱が、波状曲線の支柱である、請求項5〜10のいずれか一項に記載の制限構造。
