Abstract

【課題】靴の踵高さに合わせて、義足の踝関節角を変える装置において、特許第１４３０３９８号のものを改良して、発生していたガタつき音を無くすことである。
【解決手段】義足の踝関節角度切換装置において、カム部４ｂを包みこむ二分割ブッシュ５に設けられた４個の半円溝５ａとそれと合致する下腿１の内壁に設けられた４個の半円溝１ｂとが作り出す４個の穴にスプリングピン６を圧入する構造により、ガタつき音を無くす。

本発明の装置は靴の踵高さに合わせて踝関節角を変えるためのもので、特許第１４３０３９８号の物を改良して、発生していたガタつき音を無くしたものである。図２、図３はその装置によって、それぞれ裸足の場合とハイヒールを履いた場合に合わせた状態である。

次に、図面について本装置の機能を説明する。図１は従来の踝関節角度切換装置の無い義足を表したものであるが、この図における下腿１が図２では下腿１および下腿先端２に分けられており、下腿１中央の長丸穴１ａに、図４に示す偏心カム４のカム部４ｂがはいっている。偏心カム４にはカム部４ｂの両端にカム軸４ａがあり、その片方の外側にスプライン４ｃが付いて一体になっている。カム軸４ａと組み合わせられることおよびスプライン４ｃはそれぞれ下腿先端２のカム軸穴２ａおよびスプライン穴２ｂ、によってクラッチが構成される。図２の状態から踵高さを変える場合には、偏心カム４を軸方向に押し、スプライン４ｃを押し出してクラッチを外した後、外に出ているスプライン４ｃをつまんで回転させる。そうすると、カム部４ｂに対してカム軸４ａが前方へ回転移動するので、下腿先端２が踝関節軸３回りに回転し、爪先を下げる。そこで再びクラッチを入れて固定する。このように、スプラインの歯がずれた数に対応した踵高さが選べるのである。

以上が踝関節角度切換装置の原理であるが、このままでは、カム部４ｂと長丸溝１ａとの間の微小隙間によってガタついて、音が発生する。その音の発生を無くすために、次のような構造にした。

図５に示すような４個の半円溝５ａが設けられている二分割ブッシュ５でカム軸４ｂを包み込む。また、下腿１には、長丸穴の断面図の図６に示しているように、長丸穴を広げて、内壁面に４個の半円溝１ｂを設けた。そして図７に示すように、４組の半円溝によって作り出される穴に、スプリングピン６を圧入した。この音の発生を無くす構造を特許申請するものである。

Claims (1)

  1. 下腿１、下腿先端２、およびそれらを連結する踝関節軸３、下腿先端２に設けられた偏心カム軸穴２ａとそれの一方の周囲に設けられたスプライン穴２ｂ、およびスプライン穴２ｂと嵌合および嵌合解除自在なスプライン４ｃを一端に有しカム軸４ａを両端に有する手動回転可能な偏心カム４、とからなる踝関節角度切換装置において、カム部４ｂを包みこむ二分割ブッシュ５に設けられた４個の半円溝５ａとそれと合致する下腿１の内壁に設けられた４個の半円溝１ｂとが作り出す４個の穴にスプリングピン６を圧入した構造。
