Abstract
Description
2つの隣接する脊椎を互いに固定するための脊椎骨接合板に関する。
たとえばチタン材料で作られる。板は固体ねじまたはねじを有する装置によって
形成された脊椎インプラントを通すための円形または横長の開口部を持っている

66353号には公知の技術による板を利用した脊椎骨接合システムが記載され
ている。

Claims (11)
- 【請求項1】 概略長方形の形をし、かつ各固定手段をそれぞれ通すための
少なくとも4つの開口部(1,2,4,5)を備えた、脊椎の相対的な向きの矯
正を矯正手段(19)によって維持するための脊椎骨接合板であって、少なくと
も2つの開口部(4,5)は、前記骨接合板の側方の縁(6)で開き、脊椎の相
対的な向きを矯正する手段をあらかじめ取り去らなくても、前記骨接合板を装着
し最終的に固定することができることを特徴とする、脊椎の相対的な向きの矯正
を矯正手段(19)によって維持するための脊椎骨接合板。 - 【請求項2】 脊椎骨接合板の側方(6)の縁で開いた開口部(4,5)の
少なくとも1つが、肘の形、すなわち“L”字形またはその他の形をしていて、
板の側方の縁(6)で開いた横行き第1セグメントと、それに続く、ほぼ縦方向
に延びる縦行き第2セグメントとを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脊
椎骨接合板。 - 【請求項3】 開口部(1,2)の少なくとも1つが、ほぼ縦方向に延びる
縦行き第2セグメントを有し、脊椎間の空間が縮小する影響を、術後に自動的に
補償できるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の脊椎骨接合板
。 - 【請求項4】 脊椎骨接合板が、さらに、ほぼ正中線縦軸上に作られた少な
くとも1つの開口部(3)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれ
か1つに記載の脊椎骨接合板。 - 【請求項5】 脊椎骨接合板の縁(6)で開いた開口部の空間(4,5)が

合板。 - 【請求項7】 脊椎骨接合板が、さらに、固定後に、前記固定手段を少なく
とも部分的に覆うための湾曲した板(14)を固定する穴(13,13’)を少
なくとも1つ備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記
載の脊椎骨接合板。 - 【請求項8】 前記湾曲した板(14)がアーチ状であることを特徴とする
請求項7に記載の脊椎骨接合板。 - 【請求項9】 前記湾曲した板(14)が少なくとも1つの固定用穴(15
,15’)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の脊椎骨接合
板。 - 【請求項10】 少なくとも1つの固定用穴(15,15’)が横長である
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の脊椎骨接合板。 - 【請求項11】 脊椎の向きを矯正手段(19)によって矯正し、それを維
持するために複数個の脊椎骨接合板を備えた脊椎骨接合システムであって、前記
脊椎骨接合板は、概略長方形の形をし、各板は、各固定手段をそれぞれ通すため
の開口部(1,2,4,5)を少なくとも4つ備え、そして少なくとも2つの開
口部(4,5)は前記骨接合板の側方の縁(6)に開けられ、その結果、脊椎の
向きを矯正する手段(19)をあらかじめ取り去らなくても、板を装着して最終
的に固定することができ、同時に、前記開口部の間隔は板ごとに固有であって、
