Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 分離して貯蔵されている、互いに異なる成分
を混合して使用することを容易にした、新しい構造のデ
ィスペンサーを提供する。 【解決手段】 第一の内容物を貯蔵する主容器(２)と、
その上端に結合されるディスペンサーキャップ(１０)か
らなるディスペンサーの主容器(２)とディスペンサーキ
ャップ(１０)との間に、第二の内容物が貯蔵され、加圧
により破壊する底面(２２)を備えた補助容器(２０)を設
ける。補助容器(２０)の周縁上端面に、除去可能なスペ
ーサー部材(３０)を配置し、補助容器(２０)の内側にプ
ッシャー部材(４０)を設けておく。使用に当り、スペー
サー部材を除去してプッシャー部材(４０)を押すと、補
助容器(２０)の底面(２２)が破壊されて開放され、貯蔵
されていた第二の内容物が第一の内容物と混合する。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明が属する技術分野】本発明はディスペンサーに関
し、詳しくは、分離して貯蔵されている互いに異なる成
分を混合して使うことを容易にした、新しい構造のディ
スペンサーに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】化粧品の中には、ペースト状態のベース
成分に、美白など特定の効果が得られる粉末成分を混合
して使うようにしたものがある。この種の化粧品は、ベ
ース成分と粉末成分を前もって混合しておくと、各成分
が変質するおそれがあるので、使用に当って混合する。
各成分は、たとえば図１に示す構造の化粧品容器に、そ
れぞれ別個に貯蔵した状態で提供される。
【０００３】図１に示した構造をもつ従来の化粧品容器
は、ベース成分を貯蔵する主容器(２)の上端に粉末成分
を貯蔵する補助容器(３)を配置し、補助容器(３)の上側
にプッシャーキャップ(４)を設けてなるものであって、
プッシャーキャップ(４)には、その上端を押すと下降し
て補助容器(３)の底面(６)を破壊するプッシュバー(５)
が、スプリング(９)により弾性的に取り付けてある。
【０００４】化粧品を使用するときにこのプッシュバー
(５)を押すと、補助容器(３)の底面(６)が破壊され、補
助容器(３)に貯蔵されている粉末成分がベース成分と混
合される。しかし、従来のこの種の化粧品容器は、プッ
シュバー(５)により補助容器(３)の底面(６)が完全に開
放されず、底面の一部分だけが補助容器(３)から切り取
られるので、粉末成分の一部が補助容器(３)に残留す
る。残留したものはベース成分と混合されることなく固
まるので、粉末成分の残留量は、そのまま損失となる。
【０００５】一方、従来の化粧品容器の中には、プッシ
ャーキャップ(４)のほかに内容物を一定量ずつ吐出す
る、別のディスペンサーキャップをセットにして提供さ
れるものがある。上述したプッシャーキャップ(４)で粉
末成分とベース成分とを混合した後は、プッシャーキャ
ップ(４)を除去して、別のディスペンサーキャップを主
容器に取り付けて使用する。したがって、使用者がプッ
シャーキャップ(４)をディスペンサーキャップに取り替
えなければならないという不便さがあり、キャップを取
り替える過程で、主容器(２)内部に空気が流込して内容
物が変質するおそれもある。また、二種類のキャップを
備えなければならないので、価格が高くなる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、上述した問
題を解決するために提案するものであって、その目的
は、１種のキャップを備えるだけで、分離して貯蔵され
ている二種の成分を混合することができるばかりでな
く、一定量ずつ吐出して使用することができて便利であ
り、各成分が損失なく全量使用できて使用効率がすぐれ
ている、新しい構造のディスペンサーを提供することに
ある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明のディスペンサー
は、図２に示すように、第一の内容物を貯蔵する主容器
(２)と、主容器(２)の上端に結合されるディスペンサー
キャップ(１０)とからなるディスペンサーにおいて、主
容器(２)とディスペンサーキャップ(１０)との間に、第
二の内容物を貯蔵し、加圧により破壊される底面(２２)
を有する補助容器(２０)を配置し、補助容器(２０)の周
縁上端面には、使用に際して切り取り除去可能なスペー
サー部材(３０)を設けておき、補助容器(２０)の内側に
は、スペーサー部材(３０)が除去されると下降して補助
容器(２０)の底面(２２)を破壊し開放することができる
プッシャー部材(４０)が備えてあり、スペーサー部材
(３０)を除去した後プッシャー部材(４０)を押すと、補
助容器(２０)の底面(２２)が開放され、補助容器(２０)
に貯蔵された第二の内容物が主容器(２)内の第一の内容
物と混合するように構成したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施形態】本発明の好ましい態様においては、
補助容器(２０)の底面(２２)に放射状の脆弱線(２６)を
設けておき、プッシャー部材(４０)を補助容器(２０)の
底面(２２)に対応する筒体状としておき、プッシャー部
材(４０)が補助容器(２０)の底面(２２)の周縁部を加圧
したとき、底面(２２)が前記の脆弱線(２６)に沿って切
り開かれることを特徴とするディスペンサーが提供され
る。
【０００９】以下、本発明の好適な実施例を、添付した
図面にもとづいて説明する。この実施例は、第一の内容
物を貯蔵する主容器(２)と、主容器(２)に貯蔵された内
容物を吐出するディスペンサーキャップ(１０)とからな
る、エアレスタイプのディスペンサーである。
【００１０】主容器(２)には、ベース成分である第一の
内容物を貯蔵する。この主容器(２)は、内容物の流出に
つれて、その内壁に沿って上昇するピストン(１１)を備
えている。主容器(２)の上部には、粉末状の第二の内容
物を貯蔵する補助容器(２０)を設けるが、この補助容器
(２０)の底面(２２)は、加圧すれば破壊されるように構
成する。そして補助容器(２０)の周縁上端には、帯状の
スペーサー部材(３０)を設けておく。このとき、スペー
サー部材(３０)を補助容器(２０)の周縁上端と一体に形
成し、脆弱線により区切られるようにし、使用に当って
脆弱線に沿い補助容器(２０)の周縁上端の一部を切り取
ると、スペーサー部材(３０)が帯状に除去されるように
構成することが望ましい。
【００１１】スペーサー部材(３０)の上側には、ディス
ペンサーキャップ(１０)を配置する。このディスペンサ
ーキャップ(１０)は、補助容器(２０)の上端に結合する
キャップ部(１２)、ポンピング部(１４)およびボタン部
(１５)からなり、ボタン部(１５)を押すとポンピング部
(１４)が作動し、ボタン部(１５)の一側に形成された吐
出孔(１９)を通して内容物が吐出されるように構成され
ている。
【００１２】ディスペンサーキャップ(１０)は、キャッ
プ部(１２)が補助容器(２０)に結合し、補助容器(２０)
の上端には、スペーサー部材(３０)の内側に位置して上
向きに突出した突出部(２４)があり、キャップ部(１２)
の上端部は下向きに折り返され、折り返し端部(１８)に
より、キャップ部(１２)の底面周縁部には、前記の突出
部(２４)が挿入される挿入溝(１６)が形成されている。
【００１３】したがって、補助容器(２０)の突出部(２
４)をキャップ部(１２)の挿入溝(１６)に挿入するよ
う、ディスペンサーキャップ(１０)を補助容器(２０)に
結合するが、その際、キャップ部(１２)の折り返し端部
(１８)がスペーサー部材(３０)の上面に突き当たるの
で、突出部(２４)がキャップ部(１２)の挿入溝(１６)に
完全には挿入されず、挿入溝(１６)の内部には空間部
(１７)が形成される。使用のとき、スペーサー部材(３
０)を切り取ってディスペンサーキャップ(１０)のキャ
ップ部(１２)を押すと、スペーサー部材(３０)が占めて
いた高さだけディスペンサーキャップ(１０)が下降し
て、突出部(２４)が挿入溝(１６)に完全に挿入される。
【００１４】一方、前記ディスペンサーキャップ(１０)
の底面には、補助容器(２０)の底面(２２)を破壊するプ
ッシャー部材(４０)が設けてある。このプッシャー部材
(４０)は、その下端を鋭利な形とし、キャップ部(１２)
の底面に一体となるように形成することが望ましい。使
用に際してスペーサー部材(３０)を除去した後、ディス
ペンサーキャップ(１０)を押すと、ディスペンサーキャ
ップ(１０)が下降し、それに伴って前記プッシャー部材
(４０)の下端が補助容器(２０)の底面(２２)を加圧し
て、補助容器(２０)の底面(２２)が破壊される。
【００１５】図４に示したように、補助容器(２０)の底
面(２２)に放射状に脆弱線(２６)を形成し、補助容器
(２０)の底面(２２)が、この脆弱線に沿って破壊される
ように構成することが好ましい。プッシャー部材(４０)
は、補助容器(２０)の内周面に対応する外周面を有する
円筒状に形成されるが、このようにすると、プッシャー
部材(４０)が補助容器(２０)の底面(２２)周縁部を加圧
するので、補助容器(２０)の底面(２２)が脆弱線(２６)
に沿って切り開かれ、完全に開放される。その結果、補
助容器(２０)内に第二の内容物が残留することなく、そ
の全量が主容器(２)に流れ込み、第一の内容物と混合さ
れる。
【００１６】このように、本発明は１個のディスペンサ
ーキャップ(１０)で第一の内容物と第二の内容物とを混
合し得ることはいうまでもなく、内容物を一定量ずつ吐
出して使用することができるという便利さがある。

【発明の効果】以上説明したとおり、本発明のディスペ
ンサーによれば、１個のキャップを備えるだけで、分離
して貯蔵された２種の内容物を混合することができるば
かりでなく、内容物を一定量ずつ吐出して使用できるの
で、従来品のように、２個のキャップを備える必要がな
く、価格は低廉である。また、従来のように、使用者が
キャップを取り替えなければならないという不便さもな
く、キャップを取り替える過程で内容物に空気が流込し
て内容物が変質する、という問題も解決でき、高品質の
製品を便利に長期間使用することができる。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 第一の内容物を貯蔵する主容器(２)と、
    主容器(２)の上端に結合されるディスペンサーキャップ
    (１０)とからなるディスペンサーにおいて、主容器(２)
    とディスペンサーキャップ(１０)との間に、第二の内容
    物を貯蔵し、加圧により破壊される底面(２２)を有する
    補助容器(２０)を配置し、補助容器(２０)の周縁上端面
    に、使用に際して切り取り除去可能なスペーサー部材
    (３０)を設けておき、補助容器(２０)の内側には、スペ
    ーサー部材(３０)が除去されると下降して補助容器(２
    ０)の底面(２２)を破壊し開放することができるプッシ
    ャー部材(４０)が備えてあり、スペーサー部材(３０)を
    除去した後プッシャー部材(４０)を押すと、補助容器
    (２０)の底面(２２)が開放され、補助容器(２０)に貯蔵
    されていた第二の内容物が、主容器(２)内の第一の内容
    物と混合するように構成したことを特徴とするディスペ
    ンサー。
  2. 【請求項２】 補助容器(２０)の底面(２２)は、放射状
    の脆弱線(２６)が設けてあり、プッシャー部材(４０)は
    補助容器(２０)の底面(２２)に対応する筒体状であっ
    て、プッシャー部材(４０)が補助容器(２０)の底面(２
    ２)の周縁部を加圧したとき、底面(２２)が脆弱線(２
    ６)に沿って切り開かれるように構成したことを特徴と
    する、請求項１に記載のディスペンサー。
