Abstract

本发明提供一种调和器,它可将被分离、储藏的相异成分混合使用。其包含储藏第一内容物的主容器及与该主容器的上端结合的调和器盖子,在该调和器中,第二内容物被储藏在该主容器和调和器盖子间,此处还结合有装备着通过加压即可破损的底面的辅助容器,该辅助容器上端的周边面装备有在使用时,可以切下的分隔部件,若除去该分隔部件,该辅助容器的内侧下降,并装有使该辅助容器的底面损坏的推压部件,除去该分隔部件后,推动前述推压部件,通过该推压部件,辅助容器的底面被打开,辅助容器内藏的第二内容物就会与主容器的第一内容物混合。

Description

调和器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种调和器(Dispenser)，更确切地说，是一种能将被分离、储藏的相异成分容易地混合使用的新型结构调和器。
背景技术
在化装品中，具有可以将具有美白等特定效果的粉末成分混合在膏状的基础成分中进行使用的物质。这样的化妆品，若事先将基础成分和粉末成分混合，各种成分就容易变质，因此提供了如图1示的在使用时混合使用的化妆品容器中以各种途径分别储藏。
如图1所示，以往的化妆品容器，储藏基础成分的主容器2的上端与储藏粉末成分的辅助容器3相结合，该辅助容器3的上侧与推压盖子4相结合，若推动前述推压盖子4的上端使之下降，而破坏前述辅助容器3的底面6的推压连杆5被弹簧9弹性设置在推压盖子4上。因此，使用化妆品时推动前述推压连杆5而使辅助容器3的底面6被损坏，以使辅助容器3中储藏的粉末成分与基础成分混合。但是，以往的化妆品容器不能通过推压连杆5将辅助容器3的底面6完全打开，由于只有一部分从辅助容器3处被切下，因此一部分粉末成分就残留在辅助容器3内。这部分残留物不能被基础成分混合而固化，因此产生与残留量相当的损失。
另一方面，以往的化妆品容器还须在推压盖4的外面，配套提供另外的的调和器盖子，用来每次放出一定量的内容物。通过前述的推压盖子4使粉末成分和基础成分混合之后，除去推压盖子4，将另外的调和器盖子与主容器结合使用。因此，由于使用者必须将推压盖子4换成调和器盖子就会产生不便，还可能在更换盖子的过程中因空气流入主容器2内部使内容物容易变质。另外，因必须要安装两种盖子使成本提高。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题，提供了一种新型结构的调和器，其目的在于：用一个盖子，不仅可使两种被分离、储藏的成份混合使用，而且内容物可以一点点的定量放出使用，因此十分方便，同时能够无损失的使用全部内容物，从而具有更高的利用率。
本发明提供一种调和器，包含有储藏第一内容物的主容器2、以及与前述主容器2的上端相结合的调和器盖子10，其特征在于：在该调和器中，第二内容物被储藏在前述主容器2与调和器盖子10之间，此处还结合有辅助容器20，该辅助容器20装备着通过加压可破损的底面22，该辅助容器20的上端周边面装备有在使用时，可以切下的分隔部件30；如果除去前述分隔部件30，前述辅助容器20的内侧会下降，并安装有使前述辅助容器20的底面22破损的推压部件40；在除去前述分隔部件30后，推动前述推压部件40，通过该推压部件40，辅助容器20的底面22被打开，储藏在辅助容器20内的第二内容物就会与主容器2内的第一内容物混合。
本发明提供的调和器的其他的特征在于：前述辅助容器20的底面22处装备有呈放射状的脆线26，前述推压部件40是与辅助容器20的底面22对应的简体状，前述推压部件40对辅助容器20的底面22的周边处加压，底面22就沿前述脆线26被切开。

具体实施方式
以下，参考附图来说明本发明所希望的实施例。图2和图3分别是表示本发明实施例的剖面图和使用状态图。本实施例涉及一种真空式调和器，包含有储藏第一内容物的主容器2、放出前述主要容器2内的储藏物的调和器盖子10。
前述主容器2内储藏有作为基础成分的第一内容物，并装备有随着内容物的流出沿主容器2的内壁上升的活塞11。这样的主容器2的上端处结合着储藏第二内容物的辅助容器20，如果该辅助容器20的底面22被加压就会破损。此外，在该辅助容器20的上端处装备有带状的分隔部件30。此时，最好使前述分隔部件30在前述辅助容器20的上端周边部一体化，通过脆线被分割开，使用时，沿着脆线切割辅助容器20的上端，则间隔部件30便被切割成带状。
此外，前述分隔部件30的上侧安装有调和器盖子10。该调和器盖子10由与辅助容器20的上端相结合的盖部12、泵体14以及按钮15组成，若按下按钮15，泵体14就工作，通过形成于按钮15一侧的排出孔19排出内容物。这样的调和器盖子10中，前述盖部12与辅助容器20相结合，前述辅助容器20的上端安装有定位在前述分隔部件30的内侧、并向上突出的突出部24，前述盖部12的上端被向下弯曲，盖部12的底面边缘处通过该弯曲部18形成有插入前述突出部24的插入槽16。
因此，将调和器盖子10与辅助容器20相结合，而使辅助容器20的突出部24被插入到盖部12的插入槽16中，这时，由于盖部12的弯曲部18被安装在间隔部件30的上面，因此前述突出部24没有完全插入到盖部12的插入槽16中，插入槽16的内部就形成了空间17。另外，在使用时，切下分隔部件30推动调和器盖子10的盖部12，调和器盖子10在只下降分隔部件30的高度后，突出部24就完全插入到插入槽16中。
另一方面，在前述调和器盖子10的底面上，安装有使辅助容器20的底面22的破损的推压部件40。理想情况是，该推压部件40的下端形成尖突状，并与盖部12的底面形成一个整体。因而，使用时，在除去前述间隔部件30之后，推动调和器盖子10，而使调和器盖子10下降，随之，前述推压部件40的下端对辅助容器20的底面22加压，而使辅助容器20的底面22破损。
此外，理想情况如图4所示，在辅助容器20的底面22处形成有放射状脆线26，且辅助容器20的底面22沿脆线而被破坏。另外，前述推压部件40形成具有与辅助容器20的内周面相对应的外周面的圆筒形状，这样一来，由于推压部件40给辅助容器20的底面22的周围加压，因此辅助容器20的底面22沿脆线26被切开并完全打开，则第二内容物就不会残留在辅助容器20内，而全部流入到主容器2中与第一内容物混合。
不言而喻，本发明可通过一个调和器盖子10，即可使第一种内容物与第二种内容物混合，由于可以每次放出一定量的内容物使用，因此很方便。
发明的效果
如上所述，本发明不仅可通过一个盖子将分离、储藏的两种内容物相混合，而且由于可放出内容物使用，不再像从前那样需要两个盖子，因而成本降低。而且，还解决了诸如像从前那样使用者必须要更换盖子的不便，以及由于更换盖子的过程中进入的空气使内容物容易变质的问题，可以方便长时间地使用高品质的制品。

Claims (2)

1、一种调和器，包含有储藏第一内容物的主容器(2)、以及与前述主容器(2)的上端结合的调和器盖子(10)，其特征在于：在该调和器中，第二内容物被储藏在前述主容器(2)与调和器盖子(10)之间，此处还结合有具有通过加压即可破损的底面(22)的辅助容器(20)，该辅助容器(20)的上端的周边面装备有在使用时，可以切下的分隔部件(30)；如果除去前述分隔部件(30)，前述辅助容器(20)的内侧会下降，并安装有使前述辅助容器(20)的底面(22)破损的推压部件(40)；在除去前述分隔部件(30)后，推动前述推压部件(40)，通过该推压部件(40)，辅助容器(20)的底面(22)被打开，辅助容器(20)内储藏的第二内容物就会与主容器(2)内的第一内容物混合。
2、如权利要求1中所述的调和器，其特征在于：前述辅助容器(20)的底面(22)装备有呈放射状的脆线(26)，前述推压部件(40)是与辅助容器(20)的底面(22)对应的筒体状，前述推压部件(40)对辅助容器(20)的底面(22)的周边处加压，底面(22)就沿前述脆线被切开。
