Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 浸出し得る粒状物を含んでいるポリマー材料をガス発泡により、そして その後追加の多孔度を形成するため粒状物質を浸出することを含む、多孔質ポリ マー材料の製造方法。 2. ガス発泡によるポアの形成は、ポリマーの粒子と粒状物の粒子の混合物 をガスがポリマー中に溶解するように不活性ガスの上昇圧雰囲気へ服せしめ、次 にガスの核化および成長が発生しそして粒状物を含んでいるポリマーが連続マト リックスを形成するように熱力学的不安定性を創出することによって実施される 請求項1の方法。 3. ポリマーの粒子と粒状物の粒子の混合物は、ガスポアの形成前に選定さ れた寸法および形状に圧縮成形される請求項2の方法。 4. 熱力学的不安定性は圧力雰囲気を減らすことによって創出される請求項 2の方法。 5. ガスはCO2である請求項2の方法。 6. ポリマーは生体適合性ポリマーである請求項1の方法。 7. ポリマーは生体適合性生分解性ポリマーである請求項1の方法。 8. ポリマーは乳酸および/またはグリコール酸のホモポリマーまたはコポ リマーである請求項1の方法。 9. ポリマーはPLGAである請求項1の方法。 10. ポリマーは乳酸および/またはグリコール酸のホモポリマーもしくは コポリマーと、他のポリマーとのブレンドである請求 項1の方法。 11. ポリマーは乳酸および/またはグリコール酸のホモポリマーもしくは コポリマーと、アルギン酸塩ポリマーとのブレンドである請求項10の方法。 12. 粒状物は水溶性粒状物である請求項1の方法。 13. 粒状物は塩である請求項1の方法。 14. 粒状物はNaClである請求項1の方法。 15. 粒状物の寸法および量は多孔質ポリマー中に相互接続したポア構造が 形成されるように選定される請求項1の方法。 16. 粒状物の量はポリマーの粒子と粒状物の粒子の混合物の少なくとも5 0容積%である請求項13の方法。 17. 粒状物の平均粒子寸法は10ないし500ミクロンである請求項13 の方法。 18. ガス発泡によって生成したポアと、ポリマーから粒状物の浸出によっ て生成したポアを含んでいるポリマーマトリックスよりなる多孔質ポリマー。 19. ポリマーマトリックスは生体適合性生分解性ポリマーである請求項1 8のポリマー。 20. ポリマーマトリックスは乳酸および/またはグリコール酸のホモポリ マーまたはコポリマーである請求項18のポリマー。 21. ポリマーマトリックスはPLGAである請求項18のポリマー。 22. ポリマーは相互接続されたポア構造を有する請求項18のポリマー。 23. ポアの組合せは均一な開いたポア構造を提供する請求項 18のポリマー。 24. ポリマーは引張りモジュラス850kPaまたはそれ以上を示す請求 項18のポリマー。 25. 請求項18の多項質ポリマー内に含められた薬物を導入することを含 む薬物送達方法。 26. 薬物は、多孔質ポリマー内に含まれるあるポリマーのポリマー構造内 に含められた成長因子である請求項25による薬物送達方法。 27. 組織のためのマトリックスとして請求項18の多孔質ポリマーを導入 することを含む組織エンジニヤリング方法。 28. 請求項18の多孔質ポリマーと移植のための細胞の組合せを投与する ことを含む細胞移植方法。 29. 請求項18の多孔質ポリマーのポア中で細胞を培養することを含む細 胞培養方法。 30. ガス発泡により生成したポアとポリマーから粒状物の浸出によって生 成したポアとを含んでいるポリマーマトリックス、および一体に接続された非透 過性ポリマーのセクションを含んでいる多孔質ポリマーよりなるポリマー材料。 31. 多孔質ポリマーは均一な開いたポア構造を有し、非透過性ポリマーは 同じポリマー材料のものであるが開いたポア構造を持たない請求項30のポリマ ー材料。 32. 組織再生を必要とする場所へ請求項30のポリマー材料を導入するこ とを含む誘導組織再生方法。 33. 多孔質ポリマーおよび非透過性ポリマーは異なるポリマー材料のもの である請求項30のポリマー材料。 34. 多孔質ポリマーのポア内に収容された薬物をさらに含んでいる請求項 18のポリマー。 35. 多孔質ポリマーのポア内に生きている細胞をさらに含んでいる請求項 18のポリマー。 36. 多孔質ポリマーのセクションのポア内に組織再生のための生きている 細胞をさらに含んでいる請求項28のポリマー材料。
