Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 通信システム特に電気通信システムにおけるサービスの可用性を改善する 装置であって、前記システムが1以上のユーザに対しサービスを提供するため相 互作用する分散したハードウェアおよびソフトウェアのコンポーネントを備えて いる、前記の装置において、 前記システムに、ユーザ移動性サポートを導入し、これにより個人移動性を含 むアプリケーション可用性をイネーブルすること、を特徴とする装置。 2. 請求項1記載の装置において、前記ユーザ移動性サポートおよびこれのサ ポートを、任意のオープン分散処理(ODP)システムおよび任意の共通要求ア ーキテクチャ(CORBA)システムの一方または双方、またはこれに類似のも のに導入し、前記移動性サポートを、固定または移動、パブリックまたはプライ ベート、ローカル・エリアまたはワイド・エリア、有線または無線の任意のタイ プのネットワークに対し適合させること、を特徴とする装置。 3. 請求項1および2のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記ユーザ移動性サ ポートは、各ユーザに対し多数エージェントの使用により実現すること、を特徴 とする装置。 4. 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記ユーザ移動性サポ ートは、一人のユーザがいくつかの端末を同時に使用できるように適合させたこ と、を特徴とする装置。 5. 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記ユーザ移動性サポ ートは、幾人かのユーザに同じ端末を使用できるように適合させたこと、を特徴 とする装置。 6. 請求項1から5のいずれかの記載の装置において、前記ユーザ移動性サポ ートは、異なったユーザに属するオブジェクトを記録し分離することにより、プ ライバシーを保証するように適合させたこと、を特徴とする装置。 7. 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記ユーザ移動性サポ ートは、デフォルトの、ローカルおよびリモートで、単一および多数のユーザ登 録および登録解除のプロシージャを提供するように適合させたこと、を特徴とす る装置。 8. 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置において、ドメイン間の相互作用 をイネーブルするため、前記テレコム・システム・ドメイン内に第1のユーザ・ エージェント(PD_UAa)を導入し、該ユーザ・エージェントを、セキュリティ機 能、例えば識別、認証、暗号化等を引き受けるために適合させ、また対象とする ユーザの移動性をサポートする機能を担当するように適合させたこと、を特徴と する装置。 9. 請求項8記載の装置において、前記ユーザを表すためかつ前記端末ドメイ ンの前記セキュリティ機能を引き受けるため、第2のエージェント(TDm-UAa) を導入し、該第2エージェントもまた、対象とする前記端末の前記セキュリティ 機能を引き受けるために適合させたこと、を特徴とする装置。 10.請求項8または9に記載の装置において、前記ユーザが別の端末(Termin aln)も使用している場合、これに対応するユーザ・エージェントも前記端末ド メインにおいて定義すること、を特徴とする装置。 11.請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の装置において、各端末に対し、前記 端末の所有者すなわちデフォルト・ユーザを定義し、これを、対象とする前記端 末ドメイン内のさらに別のエージェント(TD_UAm)で表し、これに対応して、さ らに別のエージェント(PD_UAm)を前記テレコム・システム・ドメイン内に導入 すること、を特徴とする装置。 12.請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記エージェントは 、移動ユーザと、前記ユーザ(Usera)によりあるいは前記テレコム・システム ・ドメイン内のオブジェクトにより示される前記テレコム・システムと、の間の 動作を可能にするように構成したこと、を特徴とする装置。 13.請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記ユーザ・ドメイ ン内の前記移動ユーザが開始させる動作は、オブジェクトであってこれらが表す 前記ユーザの識別を保有するオブジェクト(TD_UAa,PD_UAa)を通して作ること 、を特徴とする装置。 14.請求項12記載の装置において、前記テレコム・システム・ドメイン内の オブジェクトが開始させる動作は、前記ユーザが使用中あるいはそれへのアクセ スを有している現行端末についての情報の可用性を通して、すなわち、前記テレ コム・システムのピア・オブジェクト(PD_UAa)とそれの端末エージェント(TA )との間の関連性を通して、作ること、を特徴とする装置。 15.請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記ユーザが移動中 であり、かつ前記ピア・オブジェクト(PD_UAa)と前記端末エージェント(TA) との間の関連性が相関的に変化しているとき、ユーザ登録およびユーザ登録解除 を含むプロシージャを利用し、前記登録データは、前記テレコム・システム・ド メイン内の専用のオブジェクト・ユーザ登録手段内に記憶させること、を特徴と する装置。
