Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 電気加熱フィラメントと反射器とを有する赤外線放射電灯において、 前記フィラメント(1)がらせん体形状(2)に巻かれた高温素子から成り、 それによって前記らせん体が使用温度で自立しており、またらせん体(2)がセ ラミック材料製の開放反射器(3)内に配置されていることを特徴とする赤外線 放射電灯。 2. 前記素子(1,2)が、珪化モリブデン型(MoSi2)製であることを 特徴とする請求項1に記載された赤外線放射電灯。 3. 前記素子(1,2)が、化学式MoxW1-xSi2を有する材料製であるこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載された赤外線放射電灯。 4. 前記らせん体(2)が、多くて3.5巻きであることを特徴とする請求項 1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載された赤外線放射電灯。 5. 前記反射器(3)が、例えばAl2O3等のセラミック繊維材料製であるこ とを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載された赤外線放 射電灯。 6. 前記素子が、1mmから3mmまでの直径を有することを特徴とする請求 項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載された赤外線放射電灯。 7. 前記素子(1,2)が、約1700℃から約1800℃までの使用温度を 有するようにされていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか 1項に記載された赤外線放射電灯。 8. 前記反射器の外表面(15)が、反射性材料によって被覆されていること によって、電灯の放射損失が低減されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求 項7までのいずれか1項に記載された赤外線放射電灯。 9. 2個以上のらせん体(8,9,10)が同一の反射器内に配置されている ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載された赤外線 放射電灯。
