Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 赤外線パネルにおいて、電気加熱要素(2)を取り付けているセラミック ファイバー材料でできた壁部(1)であって、該要素が電源に接続されるように なっており、該要素が赤外線を放射するような高温にまで該要素を加熱し、該加 熱要素がステープルによって前記壁部に取り付けられている、その壁部を具備し 、該加熱要素(2)が前記壁部(1)の表面(6)とは間隔をあけて取り付けら れていることを特徴とする赤外線パネル。 2. セラミック棒(10,12,14,16)が相互に間隔をあけて、また前 記壁部の表面(6)と加熱要素(2)との間に配置されており、セラミック棒( 9,11,13,15)が該加熱要素(2)の他の側において、相互に間隔をあ けて配置され、該セラミック棒がそれぞれのセラミック棒(9−11)の周りで 把持しているステープル(5)によって前記壁部(1)に固定されている、請求 の範囲第1項に記載された赤外線パネル。 3. 前記材料が約99%のAl2Oと約1%のSiO2からなっている、請求の 範囲第2項に記載された赤外線パネル。 4. 前記加熱要素(2)のそれぞれの側におけるそれぞれのセラミック棒(9 −16)が、前記壁部の表面(6)と平行な平面において相互に偏っており、従 って該加熱要素の一方の側に存在する場合には、該要素の反対側にはセラミック 棒が存在しない、請求の範囲第2項あるいは第3項に記載された赤外線パネル。 5. 前記セラミック棒(8,9−16)が加熱の抵抗材料を含有するロッド( 25)を組み込んだセラミックチューブ(26)からなっている、請求の範囲第 2項、第3項あるいは第4項のいずれか1項に記載された赤外線パネル。 6. 前記セラミックチューブ(26)がその長さ方向において2個あるいはそ れ以上のチューブ(17)に分割されている、請求の範囲第5項に記載された赤 外線パネル。 7. 前記加熱の抵抗材料でできたロッドが前記壁部(1)に取り付けられた2 個のロッド(18,19)に分割されて、該ロッド(18,19)の自由端(2 0,21)が互いに他と接触しない、請求の範囲第5項あるいは6項に記載され た赤外線パネル。 8. 前記ステープル(5)が加熱の抵抗材料でできたワイヤ(27)からなっ ており、該ワイヤの外側において、少なくとも加熱要素(2)と接触するステー プルの領域において、セラミックチューブ(22,23)が設けられている、請 求の範囲第1項、第2項、第3項、第4項、第5項、第6項あるいは第7項のい ずれか1項に記載された赤外線パネル。 9. それぞれのセラミック棒(8,9−16)の表面およびそれぞれのステー プル(5)のセラミック表面が、Al2O3を多く含有している、請求の範囲第2 項から第8項のいずれか1項に記載された赤外線パネル。 10.前記ステープル(5)が、それによって保持されているセラミック棒(8 ,9−16)とは離されている、請求の範囲第2項から第9項のいずれか1項に 記載された赤外線パネル。 11.前記加熱要素(2)がモリブデンおよびタングステンを含有する均質な硅 素化合物からなっており、その化学式がMoxW1-xSi2であり、ここでxは0. 5から0.75の範囲内にあり、全重量の10%ないし40%がホウ化モリブデ ンあるいはホウ化タングステンの少なくとも1つの化合物によって置き換えられ 、該化合物が該硅素化合物の中で粒子状になって存在している、請求の範囲第1 項から第10項のいずれか1項に記載された赤外線パネル。 12.前記加熱要素(2)の導電体(3,4)が、該導電体が前記壁部を貫通す る場所において、セラミックセメント(24)によって壁部(1,7)の中で接 着されており、該導電体がそれ自身の軸線の周りで壁部(1)に対して回転でき ないようになっている、請求の範囲第1項から第11項のいずれか1項に記載さ れた赤外線パネル。
