Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.黒色水スラリーから溶解ガスを分離するのに十分な条件下の真空に該黒色ス ラリーを露出し、該黒色水スラリーからガス類を除去することを特徴とする合成 ガス洗浄装置から得られた黒色水スラリーの脱気および冷却を行う方法。 2.ガス類をコンデンサーへ運び、水蒸気を凝縮することをさらに包含すること を特徴とする請求範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.凝縮された水を合成ガス洗浄装置へ運ぶことをさらに包含することを特徴と する請求範囲第2項に記載の方法。 4.アンモニア、二酸化炭素、および硫化水素を吸収するのに十分な条件下で冷 却された塩基性水にガス類を露出することをさらに包含することを特徴とする請 求範囲第1項に記載の方法。 5.アンモニア、二酸化炭素および硫化水素を冷却された強アルカリ性またはア ンモニアに富んだ水に吸収させる工程が真空で行われることを特徴とする請求範 囲第4項に記載の方法。 6.アンモニア、二酸化炭素および硫化水素を冷却された強アルカリ性またはア ンモニアに富んだ水に吸収させる工程が101KPa圧力以上の圧力で行われる ことを特徴とする請求範囲第4項に記載の方法。 7.強アルカリ性またはアンモニアに富んだ水をガス化反応装置に再循環させる 工程をさらに包含することを特徴とする請求範囲第3項に記載の方法。 8.黒色水をさらに大気圧条件で処理し、固体と水を分離する工程をさらに包含 することを特徴とする請求範囲第1項に記載の方法。 9.圧力が約10から約75KPa絶対圧力までの範囲であることを特徴とする 請求範囲第1項に記載の方法。 10.圧力が約10から約50KPa絶対圧力までの範囲であることを特徴とす る請求範囲第1項に記載の方法。 11.圧力が約35から約50KPa絶対圧力までの範囲であることを特徴とす る請求範囲第1項に記載の方法。 12.圧力が約10から約35KPa絶対圧力までの範囲であることを特徴とす る請求範囲第1項に記載の方法。 13.得られた黒色水スラリーが約10重量ppm未満の硫化水素および約10 重量ppm未満の遊離アンモニアを含有することを特徴とする請求範囲第1項に 記載の方法。 14.得られた黒色水スラリーが約1重量ppm未満の硫化水素および約1重量 ppm未満の遊離アンモニアを含有することを特徴とする請求範囲第1項に記載 の方法。 15.黒色水を真空でフラッシュ放出し、水と遊離されたガス類を回収する装置 であって、真空フラッシュドラム、水蒸気コンデンサー、強アルカリ性またはア ンモニア水を含有する吸収装置、真空発生装置を備えており、黒色水が真空フラ ッシュ室に入り、かつフラッシュ放出された蒸気が真空フラッシュドラムから水 蒸気コンデンサー、吸収装置、および真空発生装置を連続的に通過することを特 徴とする前記装置。 16.真空ドラムの底部および接続配管が固体の蓄積を防ぐために水平線から1 0°以上の角度の傾斜がつけられていることを特徴とする請求範囲第15項に記 載の装置。 17.真空ドラムの黒色水入口がノズルの腐食を防ぐために内壁と同一平面にあ ることを特徴とする請求範囲第15項に記載の装置。
