Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 용해된 가스를 흑수 슬러리로부터 분리시키기 위한 충분한 조건하에서 흑수 슬러리를 진공상태에 방치하고, 상기 흑수 슬러리로부터 가스를 제거함으로써 합성가스 세정장치로부터 얻어진 흑수 슬러리를 탈가스 및 냉각시키는 단계를 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수 슬러리의 탈가스 및 냉각방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스를 응축장치로 전달하고 수증기를 응축하는 단계를 더 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수 슬러리의 탈가스 및 냉각방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 응축된 물을 합성가스 세정장치로 전달하는 단계를 더 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수 슬러리의 탈가스 및 냉각방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 암모니아, 이산화탄소 및 유화수소를 흡수하기 위한 충분한 조건하에서 상기 가스를 냉각된 기본수에 노출하는 단계를 더 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수 슬러리의 탈가스 및 냉각방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 냉각된 부식제 또는 암모니아 농축수의 암모니아, 이산화탄소 및 유화수소를 흡수하는 단계는 진공상태에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수 슬러리의 탈가스 및 냉각방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 냉각된 부식제 또는 암모니아 농축수의 암모니아, 이산화탄소 및 유화수소를 흡수하는 단계는 101KPa 압력보다 높거나 같은 압력에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수 슬러리의 탈가스 및 냉각방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 부식제 또는 암모니아 농축수를 가스화 반응장치에서 리사이클링 하는 단계를 더 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수 슬러리의 탈가스 및 냉각방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물로부터 고체를 분리하기 위해 대기분위기 조건에서 상기 흑수를 더 처리하는 단계를 더 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수 슬러리의 탈가스 및 냉각방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력은 약 10KPa에서 75KPa 절대압력인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수 슬러리의 탈가스 및 냉각방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력은 약 10KPa에서 50KPa 절대압력인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수 슬러리의 탈가스 및 냉각방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력은 약 35KPa에서 50KPa 절대압력인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수 슬러리의 탈가스 및 냉각방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력은 약 10KPa에서 35KPa 절대압력인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수 슬러리의 탈가스 및 냉각방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결과적인 흑수 슬러리는 유화수소 중량으로 약 10ppm 이하 및 프리 암모니아(free ammonia)의 중량으로 약 10ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수 슬러리의 탈가스 및 냉각방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결과적인 흑수 슬러리는 유화수소 중량으로 약 1ppm 이하 및 프리 암모니아의 중량으로 약 1ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수 슬러리의 탈가스 및 냉각방법.
- 진공 플래쉬 드럼과,수증기 응축장치,부식제 또는 암모니아수를 포함하는 흡수장치 및,진공 발생기를 구비하여 구성되고,흑수가 진공 플래쉬 챔버로 들어가고, 플래쉬된 증기가 상기 진공 플래쉬 드럼으로부터 상기 수증기 응축장치, 흡수장치 및 진공 발생기를 연속적으로 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수를 플래슁 하고 물과 방면된 가스를 복구하기 위한 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 진공드럼의 하부 및 연결관은 고체의 축적을 방지하기 위해 수평에서 적어도 약 10도의 각도로 기울어진 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수를 플래슁 하고 물과 방면된 가스를 복구하기 위한 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 진공드럼에 흑수 입구는 노즐의 부식을 방지하기 위해 내벽과 동일한 평면에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑수를 플래슁 하고 물과 방면된 가스를 복구하기 위한 장치.
