Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.部品(P)の開口部(20)を封止するための栓及び締結具(10,110 ,210,310,410,510,610,710)であって、その栓及び締 結具が、第一の封止を提供するために前記開口部の内壁(18,118,218 ,318,418,518,618,718)と係合するねじ切りした部分(1 4,114,214,314,414,514,614,714)を有するシャ ンク(12)と、前記開口部の内壁と係合して第2の封止を提供するために前記 開口部に先入する前記ねじ切りした部分から延設されたねじ切りしていない封止 部分(16,116,216,316,416,516,616,716)と、 によって構成されていることを特徴とする栓及び締結具。 2.前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分(16,216,516,616)が多数 の封止リング(22,24、26,222,224,226,228、522, 524,526,622,624、626,628,630,632)から成る ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓及び締結具(10,210,510,61 0)。 3.前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分(16,116,216,316,416 ,516,616,716)がテーパーしていることを特徴とする請求項2に記 載の栓及び締結具(10,110,210,310,410,510,610, 710)。 4.前記栓及び締結具が、自己ねじ形成手段を備え、かつ、テーパーしたねじ形 成部(14,114,214,314,414,514,614,714)を含 むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓及び締結具(10,110,210,3 10,410,510,610,710)。 5.前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分(16,116,216,316,416 ,516,616,716)が前記ねじ切りした部分(14,114,214, 314,414,514,614,714)の最小径よりも小さい径であって、 前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分の引き抜きによる前記内ねじの障害なしに、前 記孔(20)の内ねじ(30,130,230,330,430,530,63 4,730)を通して前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分を引き抜くことができ、 それによって前記内ねじが前記栓との再係合をそっくりそのまま許すことを特徴 とする請求項1に記載の栓及び締結具(10,110,210,310,410 ,510,610,710)。 6.前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分(16,116,216,316,416 ,516,616,716)が、前記孔(20)の内壁(18,218,518 ,618)をそれぞれ封止係合するために配置された複数の長手方向に離れた封 止リング(22,24,26,222,224,226,228,522,52 4,326,622,624,626,628,630,632)を含むことを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓及び締結具(10,110,210,310,4 10,510,610,710)。 7.前記封止リング(22,24,26,222,224,226,228,5 22,524,326,622,624,626,628,630,632)が 前記シャンク(12)の端部に向けて集中し、かつ、それぞれ違った外径を有す ることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の栓及び締結具(10,210,510,6 10)。 8.前記各封止リング(22,24、26,222,224,226,228、 522,524,526,622,624、626,628,630,632) の前記違った径がそれぞれ長手方向に延び、かつ、半径方向に均一な周面を有す ることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の栓及び締結具(10,210,510,6 10)。 9.前記各封止リング(22,24、26,222,224,226,228、 522,524,526,622,624、626,628,630,632) が、更に、前記孔(20)の前記内壁(18,218,518,618)に対し て封止を提供するために、前記各半径方向均一な周面から角度的に延設した長手 方向に先行する面(22a,24a,26a)を含むことを特徴とする請求項8 に記載の栓及び締結具(10,210,510,610)。 10.少くとも3つの封止リング(22,24、26,222,224,226 ,228、522,524,526,622,624、626,628,630 ,632)によって特徴づけられた請求項8に記載の栓及び締結具(10,21 0,510,610)。 11.前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分(16,216,516,616)が、 前記シャンク(12)の端部に向けて集中し、かつ、それぞれ違った外径(22 2a,228a)を有する複数の封止リング(22,24、26,222,22 4,226,228、522,524,526,622,624、626,62 8,630,632)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓及び締結具( 10,210,510,610)。 12.前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分(416)が樽形に湾曲した周面(42 2)からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓及び締結具(410)。 13.前記湾曲周面(422)が、切りつめられたシャンク部(417)からの 頭部を欠除した延長を形成することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の栓及び締結 具(410)。 14.前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分(116,516)が、前記孔(20) の内壁(118,518)と係合をもたらし、前記内壁を変形して封止を提供す る筒を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓及び締結具(110,510) 。 15.前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分(316,716)が頭を切りつめた円 錐形をし、かつ、抵抗しつつ前記孔の内壁(318,718)と係合して封止を 提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓及び締結具(310,710)。 16.孔(20)を有する部品(P)と栓及び締結具(10,110,210, 310,410,510,610,710)との間を封止する方法であって、シ ャンク(12)と、そのシャンクに設けた駆動部(11)と、前記孔の内壁(1 8,118,218,318,418,518,418,718)と係合するた めのねじ切りした部分(14,114,214,314,414,514,61 4,714)とを有する前記栓及び締結具を設けて第1の封止を提供し、そして 、前記部品の前記孔に先入する前記ねじ切りした部分から延設したねじ切りして いない封止部分(16,116,216,316,416,516,716)を 前記孔の内壁と係合する形状で設けて第2の封止を提供し、前記孔を有する部品 を用意し、その孔に前記栓及び締結具を係合し、そして、前記孔内に前記栓及び 締結具を駆動させることによって、前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分が前記孔に 入り、前記ねじ切りした部分が前記内壁と係合し、そして、前記ねじ係合が継続 し、前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分が前記孔の内壁と係合し、かつ封止する、 ことを特徴とする方法。 17.前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分(16,116,216,316,41 6,516,716)が前記第1のねじ切りした部分(14,114,214, 314,514、614,714)の最小径よりも小さい径であって、更に、そ の方法が、前記内壁を邪魔することなく、前記ねじ切りした部分によって前記孔 内(20)に形成される内ねじ(30,130,230,330,430、53 0,634,730)を通して前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分をなくすことを 含み、それによって、前記内壁が前記栓および締結具の再係合をそっくりそのま ま許すことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。 18.前記栓及び締結具(10,210,310,510,610,710)の 前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分(16,216,316,516,616)が 、前記孔(20)の前記内壁(18,218,518,618)の封止係合のた めに配置された封止リング(22,24,26,222,224,226,22 8,322,522,524,526,622,624,626,628,32 2,522,524,526,622,624,626,628,630,63 2,722)を含むことを特徴とした請求項16に記載の方法。 19.前記栓及び締結具(10,210,510,610)の前記ねじ切りして いない封止部分(16,216,516,616)が、前記孔(20)の前記内 壁(18,218,518,618)の各封止係合のために配置された複数の長 手方向に離れた封止リング(22,24,26,222,224,226,22 8,522,524,526,622,624,626,628,630,63 2)で構成されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。 20.前記栓及び締結具(10,210,510,610)の前記封止リング( 22,24,26,222,224,226,228,522,524,526 ,622,624,626,628,630,632)が、前記シャンク(2) の端部に向けて集中し、かつ、それぞれ違った外径を有することを特徴とする請 求項19に記載の方法。 21.前記栓及び締結具(10,210,510,610)が少くとも3つの封 止リング(22,24,26,222,224,226,228,522,52 4,526,622,624,626,628,630,632)を含むことを 特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。 22.前記ねじ切りしていない封止部分(416)が樽形に湾曲した周辺表面( 422)からなることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。 23.前記栓及び締結具(10,110,210,310,410、510,6 10,710)が自己ねじ形成手段を備え、かつ、テーパーしたねじ形成部(1 4,114,214,314,414,514,614,714)を含むことを 特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
