【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】 HClガスを気相電気分解段階(1)において反応させて、HClガスを含有する塩素ガスを得、
吸収段階(2)においてHCl含有塩素ガスを減衰した(depleted)液体塩化水素酸を吸収剤として用いて抽出することにより不純物を取り除くことにより豊富化した塩化水素酸を形成させ、それによってHClガスから塩素ガスを分離し、
液相電気分解段階(5)において豊富化した塩化水素酸を塩素ガスに転化し、減衰した塩化水素酸(depleted hydrochloric acid)を生成させ、
減衰した塩化水素酸を(3、4)を通して吸収剤段階(2)に戻し、
気相電気分解段階(1)及び液相電気分解段階(5)で生成した塩素流を引抜き、必要により合流させそして必要により乾燥させることを特徴とする、HClガスの高純度塩素への電気化学的処理方法。
【請求項1】 HClガスを気相電気分解段階(1)において反応させて、HClガスを含有する塩素ガスを得、
吸収段階(2)においてHCl含有塩素ガスを減衰した(depleted)液体塩化水素酸を吸収剤として用いて抽出することにより不純物を取り除くことにより豊富化した塩化水素酸を形成させ、それによってHClガスから塩素ガスを分離し、
液相電気分解段階(5)において豊富化した塩化水素酸を塩素ガスに転化し、減衰した塩化水素酸(depleted hydrochloric acid)を生成させ、
減衰した塩化水素酸を(3、4)を通して吸収剤段階(2)に戻し、
気相電気分解段階(1)及び液相電気分解段階(5)で生成した塩素流を引抜き、必要により合流させそして必要により乾燥させることを特徴とする、HClガスの高純度塩素への電気化学的処理方法。
