- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.保護コーティングがオキシ窒化珪素コーティングであることを特徴とする 改善が施された、基板上に機能性コーティングを設けると共に当該機能性コーテ ィング上に保護層を設けた形態のコートされた物体。 2.オキシ窒化珪素コーティングが次式の組成を有し: Si3-2xO2xN4-4x xが0より大きく1より小さい請求範囲第1項記載のコートされた物体。 3.オキシ窒化珪素コーティングが珪素、アルミニウム、酸素、窒素を含有す る単一組成、単一相の混合物、または多相である請求範囲第1項記載のコートさ れた物体。 4.保護コーティングが均質である請求範囲第1項記載のコートされた物体。 5.保護コーティングが階層構造である請求範囲第1項記載のコートされた物 体。 6.保護コーティングが不均質である請求範囲第1項記載のコートされた物体 。 7.保護層が階層構造である請求範囲第2項記載のコートされた物体。 8.保護層が階層構造である請求範囲第3項記載のコートされた物体。 9.厚さが50オングストロームと200オングストロームの間にある請求範囲第 7項記載のコートされた物体。 10.基板から最も遠い保護層の表面が外層のフィルムと接触している請求範 囲第1項記載のコートされた物体。 11.外層のフィルムが窒化珪素である請求範囲第10項記載のコートされた 物体。 12.外層のフィルムが二酸化珪素である請求範囲第10項記載のコートされ た物体。 13.酸化亜鉛である請求範囲第10項記載のコートされた物体。 14.機能性コーティングがスパッター・コートされたフィルムである請求範 囲第1項記載のコートされた物体。 15.スパッター・コートした機能性コーティングが誘電性フィルムの対の間 に赤外線を反射する金属フィルムを有する低−Eコーティングである請求範囲第 14項記載のコートされた物体。 16.スパッター機能性コーティングが少なくとも2層の赤外金属フィルムを 有し、当該フィルムの各々が誘電性フィルムの間にある低−Eコーティングであ る請求範囲第14項記載のコートされた物体。 17.保護層が階層構造であることを特徴とする改善が施された、基板上に更 にスパッター・コーティングを設けると共に当該機能性コーティング上に保護層 を設けた形態のコートされた物体。 18.階層構造不均一層であることを特徴とする改善が施された、基板上に機 能性スパッター・コーティングを設けると共に当該機能性コーティング上に保護 層を設けた形態のコートされた物体。 19.プライマーフィルムが金属フィルムと複数の誘電性フィルムの中の一枚 との間にあってプライマーフィルムが80パーセントのチタンと20パーセント のアルミニウムとからなる請求範囲第15項記載のコートされた物体 20.保護コーティングが珪素アルミニウム・オキシ窒化物である請求範囲第 3項記載のコートされた物体
