Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.高温の圧縮媒体(D)で貫流される配管(6)、特に蒸気貫流配管の部分配 管(6a、6b)を接続するための継手装置において、外部フランジ(2)と内 部フランジ(3)との間に冷却材(K)で貫流される中間室(4)を形成された 二重壁構造フランジ継手(1)が設けられている部分配管の継手装置。 2.外部フランジ(2)が中間室(4)に開口している少なくとも2つの貫通孔 (7a、7b)を有している請求項1記載の装置。 3.部分配管(6a、6b)に接続された部分フランジ(1a、1b)が、部分 内部フランジ(2a、2b)と部分外部フランジ(3a、3b)とを備えた断面 U形カラーを有している請求項1又は2記載の装置。 4.内部フランジ(3)が、両部分内部フランジ(3a、3b)間に配置された リング継手(12、12’、12”、12”’)によって熱膨張運動可能に形成 されている請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 5.第1の部分内部フランジ(3a)が、断面L形シールリング(12)の第1 の脚(12a)を収容するための軸線方向溝(15)を、第2の部分内部フラン ジ(3b)がその第2の脚(12b)を収容するための半径方向溝(16)を有 している請求項4記載の装置。 6.第2の部分内部フランジ(3b)が、調整可能な半径方向溝(16)を形成 するために、断面L形ねじ付きリング(17)を支持している請求項4又は5記 載の装置。 7.内部フランジ(3)の部分内部フランジ(3a、3b)が断面I形シールリ ング(12’)を収容するために形成されている請求項4記載の装置。 8.内部フランジ(3)の部分内部フランジ(3a、3b)が断面U形シールリ ング(12”)を収容するために形成されている請求項4記載の装置。 9.第1の部分内部フランジ(3a)が第2の部分内部フランジ(3b)の中に 隙間を形成した状態でもぐり込み、両部分内部フランジ(3a、3b)間に少な くとも1つのシールリング(12”’)が配置されている請求項4記載の装置。 10.外部フランジ(2)がフランジボルト(5)によってボルト結合されてい る請求項1ないし9のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 11.外部フランジ(2)の両部分外部フランジ(2a、2b)が互いに対向す る端面に係合段部(8)を有している請求項1ないし10のいずれか1つに記載 の装置。 12.請求項1ないし11のいずれか1つに記載の装置を備えた蒸気タービン。
