屈折率が最大で2.5であるようなコンポーネント。 - 【請求項2】 光送信機と光受信機との間を光学的に分離するための半透明層
(110,120,130;370,380,390)が酸化材料又は窒化材料
から構成されている請求項1に記載のコンポーネント。 - 【請求項3】 光送信機と光受信機との間を光学的に分離するための半透明層
(110,120,130;370,380,390)が半導体酸化物又は金属
酸化物から構成されている請求項2に記載のコンポーネント。 - 【請求項4】 光送信機と光受信機との間を光学的に分離するための半透明層
(110,120,130;370,380,390)がAl2O3、(Ga1-xAlx)2O3 、TiO2又はSiO2を含んでいる請求項3に記載のコンポーネント。 - 【請求項5】 光送信機がレーザーダイオード(108,270)によって形
成されている請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のコンポーネント。 - 【請求項6】 光受信機がフォトダイオード(135,260)によって形成
されている請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のコンポーネント。 - 【請求項7】 光送信機及び/又は光受信機が相互に上下に配置された層を含
んでいる請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のコンポーネント。 - 【請求項8】 多数の光送信機及び光受信機が設けられ、これらの光送信機及
び光受信機がアレイ状に配置されている請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記
載のコンポーネント。 - 【請求項9】 基板(10;310)の主要面上に複数の層が付けられている
コンポーネントを製造する方法であって、 層のいくつかが発光波長λの光を放射する光送信機を形成し、層の他のものが
光受信機を形成し、 光送信機と光受信機との間を光学的に分離するために使用される少なくとも一
つの半透明層(110,120,130;370,380,390)が光送信機
を形成する層と光受信機を形成する層との間に形成され、光送信機と光受信機と
の間を光学的に分離するために使用される半透明層(110,120,130;
370,380,390)の屈折率が最大で2.5であるような方法。 - 【請求項10】 光送信機と光受信機との間を光学的に分離するために使用さ
れる少なくとも一つの半透明層(110,120,130;370,380,3
