Description
【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】 基材上に無機反射防止層を付着させることを含む、基材上に反射防止膜を提供するための方法であって、
前記無機反射防止層の上に硬化性組成物の層を付着させ、そして、
この付着させた硬化性組成物のラジカル硬化を行い、厚さが20〜200nmであり、かつ、400〜700nmの波長範囲にわたる屈折率が1.53以下であるポリマーの層を形成させることを特徴とする、方法。
【請求項2】 金属酸化物の層を基材上に付着させ、この金属酸化物の層の上にシリカの層を付着させ、そしてこのシリカの層の上にポリマーの層を形成させることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項3】 前記硬化性組成物は、
(a)フルオロアルケンのポリマー、
(b)アルキルアクリレートもしくはメタクリレートのポリマー、および、
(c)多官能性アクリレートモノマー、
のうちの少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
【請求項1】 基材上に無機反射防止層を付着させることを含む、基材上に反射防止膜を提供するための方法であって、
前記無機反射防止層の上に硬化性組成物の層を付着させ、そして、
この付着させた硬化性組成物のラジカル硬化を行い、厚さが20〜200nmであり、かつ、400〜700nmの波長範囲にわたる屈折率が1.53以下であるポリマーの層を形成させることを特徴とする、方法。
【請求項2】 金属酸化物の層を基材上に付着させ、この金属酸化物の層の上にシリカの層を付着させ、そしてこのシリカの層の上にポリマーの層を形成させることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項3】 前記硬化性組成物は、
(a)フルオロアルケンのポリマー、
(b)アルキルアクリレートもしくはメタクリレートのポリマー、および、
(c)多官能性アクリレートモノマー、
のうちの少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
