Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.結合配位子と溶媒が近づきやすい遷移金属錯体とを含むレドックス活性錯体 と共有結合した電極を含む組成物。 2.該溶媒が近づきやすい遷移金属錯体が、極性配位基に占有されている、少な くとも二配位部位を有する、請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 3.該溶媒が近づきやすい遷移金属錯体が、水分子に占有されている、少なくと も一配位部位を有する、請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 4.該電極が、自己集合する単層を含んでいる、請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物 。 5.該溶媒が近づきやすい遷移金属錯体が、導電性オリゴマーを介して該電極に 共有結合している、請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 6.該溶媒が近づきやすい遷移金属錯体が、レドックス活性錯体を形成する該結 合配位子と結合している、請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 7.該結合配位子が、導電性オリゴマーを介して電極と共有結合している、請求 の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 8.該溶媒が近づきやすい遷移金属錯体が、約1200mVより大なる溶媒再構成 エネルギーを有する、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 9.a)レドックス活性錯体への検体結合であって: i)極性配位基に占有されている、少なくとも一配位部位を有する、溶媒 が近づきやすい遷移金属;および ii)標的検体に結合する極性配位子 但し、該レドックス活性錯体は電極と結合しており、結合により、溶媒阻害 遷移金属錯体を形成しており;さらに b)該溶媒阻害遷移金属錯体と該電極間との間の電子移送を検出する、 ことを含んでなる、試験サンプル中の標的検体を検出する方法。 10.該溶媒が近づきやすい遷移金属錯体が、1200mVより大なる溶媒再構成 エネルギーを有し、該溶媒阻害遷移金属錯体が1000mVより少ない溶媒再構成 エネルギーを有するものである、請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 11.該溶媒阻害遷移金属錯体の溶媒再構成エネルギーが、該検体との結合によ り少なくとも100mVまで減少し、該溶媒阻害遷移金属錯体を形成している、請 求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 12.結合により、少なくとも一つの溶媒が近づきやすい遷移金属錯体が結合検 体から8Åより少ないところにあり、該溶媒阻害遷移金属錯体を形成している、 請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 13.該極性配位基が水分子である、請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 14.該溶媒阻害遷移金属錯体への少なくとも第一入力シグナルの適用をさらに 含んでなる、請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 15.標的検体が存在しないと、該第一入力シグナルが有意な電子移送を生じな い、請求の範囲第14項記載の方法。 16.該第一入力シグナルが、少なくとも交流構成成分を含んでなる、請求の範 囲第14項記載の方法。 17.さらに複数波数の入力シグナルの適用を含んでなる、請求の範囲第14項 記載の方法。 18.該第一入力シグナルが、少なくとも直流電圧を含んでなる、請求の範囲第 14項記載の方法。 19.さらに複数電圧の入力シグナルの適用を含んでなる、請求の範囲第18項 記載の方法。 20.該検出が、該溶媒阻害遷移金属錯体と該電極間の電子移送に特有の出力シ グナルを受けることによるものである、請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 21.該出力シグナルが電流である、請求の範囲第20項記載の方法。 22.該電流が交流電流である、請求の範囲第21項記載の方法。 23.該結合配位子が、該溶媒が近づきやすい遷移金属錯体と共有結合している 、請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 24.該配位子が該電極と共有結合している、請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 25.該溶媒が近づきやすい遷移金属錯体が該電極と共有結合している、請求の 範囲第9項記載の方法。 26.該共有結合が導電性オリゴマーを介したものである、請求の範囲第25項 記載の方法。 27.該検体がバイオ分子である、請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 28.該バイオ分子がタンパク質、炭水化物および脂質からなる群から選択され る、請求の範囲第27項記載の方法。 29.a)第一および第二測定電極を含む試験チャンバー、但し、該第一 測定電極は: i)極性配位基により占有されている少なくとも一配位部位を有する、溶 媒が近づきやすい遷移金属;および ii)結合配位子 を含む共有結合レドックス活性錯体を含むものである:および、 b)該試験チャンバーと電子的に結合した交流/直流電圧 を含む、試験サンプル中の標的検体を検出する装置。 30.該共有結合がスペーサーを介したものである、請求の範囲第29項記載の 装置。 31.さらにプロセッサーが該電極と結合している、請求の範囲第29項記載の 装置。 32.該電極がさらに自己集合単層を含んでなる、請求の範囲第29項記載の装 置。
