Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.脱脂乳をミクロ濾過により処理して、保留液フローと透過液フローを得、つ いで透過液フローを72-134℃の温度で処理することを特徴とする、工業的 に無菌の脱脂乳の製造法。 2.ミクロ濾過は1以上の工程で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。 3.ミクロ濾過は2工程で行い、第1フィルター(4)からの保留液フローを第 2フイルター(6)に導く、請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4.フィルター(4,6)は≧5μmの有効ポアサイズを有することを特徴とす る、請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の方法。 5.透過液フローの熱処理は望ましくは90-105℃の温度で行うことを特徴 とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の方法。 6.フィルター(4,6)は≧0.3μmの有効ポアサイズを有することを特徴 とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。 7.透過液フローの熱処理は望ましくは72-98℃の温度で行うことを特徴と する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
