Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу производства коммерчески стерильного обезжиренного молока. После сепарирования фракцию обезжиренного молока обрабатывают микрофильтрацией в одну или две стадии. В результате микрофильтрации получают поток пермеата и поток ретентата, который содержит все микроорганизмы определенного размера, эффективно отделенные от потока пермеата. После микрофильтрации поток пермеата подвергают тепловой обработке при температуре 72-134°C в течение требуемого периода времени. Чтобы получить стерильное обезжиренное молоко хорошего качества при отсутствии микроорганизмов, поток ретентата не используют.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
