【課題】ＩＳＤＮ回線と比較して高速伝送が可能なＬＡ
Ｎ（ローカルネットワーク）に対応してＩＰ接続により
動画伝送を行い、ＬＡＮとＡＤＳＬ回線上でロボットカ
メラの遠隔操作を可能とする。 【解決手段】普通電話回線に対して格段と高い周波数を
同時に使って高速通信を可能とするＡＤＳＬ（非対称デ
ジタル加入者線）においてＡＤＳＬモデムＢを利用して
ＩＴＵによって標準化されたプロトコルＨ．３２３上で
動作し、ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ環境において相互に動画伝送を行
うＨ．３２３デジタルコーデック７において、赤外線中
継方式により遠隔地のロボットカメラ３をＰＢ音（プッ
シュトーン）により操作可能とするＡＤＳＬ対応遠隔動
画伝送システム。この構成により、ＡＤＳＬ遠隔動画伝
送システムは、例えば店舗内に設置しているロボットカ
メラ３を遠隔地にある本部から操作して左右上下、パ
ン、ズームを行い画像によって管理する事が出来るよう
にする。

応していないためにＩＰ接続が出来ない等の欠点があっ
た。

【発明が解決するための手段】ＩＰ接続の国際規格 Ｉ
ＴＵ−Ｔ Ｈ．３２３に基づく画像をＬＡＮとＡＤＳＬ
等ＩＰ接続による場合では伝送速度がＬＡＮでは１０Ｍ
ｂｐｓ、１００Ｍｂｐｓ叉は１０００Ｍｂｐｓであり、
ＡＤＳＬでは６００〜１，０００Ｋｂｐｓの速度でデジ
タル信号を伝送可能である。そこでＩＰ接続を前提とし
て動画伝送を行うがこの時Ｇ．７１１他規格により音声
信号としてＰＢ音を送信して相手側にＰＢ音を赤外線の
カメラ制御信号に変換する。赤外線ボックスをロボット
カメラに近接配置し、パン、ズーム、左右、上下にロボ
ットカメラの遠隔操作を行う。
ＴＵ−Ｔ Ｈ．３２３に基づく画像をＬＡＮとＡＤＳＬ

【作用】上記のように設定し使用する事により、本発明
のＨ．３２３ＬＡＮデジタルコーデック遠隔動画伝送シ
ステムはＩＰ接続環境下で例えば店舗内に設置している
ロボットカメラを遠隔地にある本部から操作して左右上
下、パン、ズームを行い監視することが出来る。具体的
には、同一ビル内にＬＡＮが敷設されていれば事務所が
１階にあり２階、３階、４階の開放廊下をロボットカメ
ラで遠隔操作しながら監視することは容易に可能。同一
ビルではなく遠隔地に有る場合でもＡＤＳＬ回線が敷設
されて有ればＡＤＳＬモデムを双方に設置することによ
り接続でき、同様に遠隔操作しながら監視することは容
易に可能。

【実施例】第１の実施例として同一ビル内で遠隔監視を
行う事例について説明する。第１図を参照すると各開放
廊下１の天井面２にロボットカメラ３を設置し、カメラ
の動きを制御するために赤外線ボックス４をロボットカ
メラ３の赤外線受光部５に対面させて配置する。赤外線
ボックス４からＯＰ線でダイヤリングムーバ６に接続を
行い、Ｈ．３２３デジタルコーデック７の音声出力に接
続される。ロボットカメラ３からの映像は５Ｃ２Ｖ等の
同軸線を用いＨ．３２３デジタルコーデック７の映像入
力に接続される。Ｈ．３２３デジタルコーデック７から
１０ＢＡＳＥ−ＴコネクタでＬＡＮケーブル８を経由し
て管理室９に設置しているＨ．３２３デジタルコーデッ
ク７に接続される。管理室側のＨ．３２３デジタルコー
デック７には操作用のＤＴＭＦ発信機９とカラーモニタ
ー１０とパソコン１１が接続されている。パソコン１１
からＡＴコマンドでＩＰ接続を指示する。Ｈ．３２３デ
ジタルコーデック７同士が接続した後はＤＴＭＦ発信機
９によりロボットカメラの操作が可能となる。その過程
はカラーモニター１０により綺麗な画面で確認できる。
第２の実施例として遠隔地間の遠隔監視を行う事例につ
いて説明する。第２図を参照するとＡビル１１の天井面
１２にロボットカメラ３を設置し、カメラの動きを制御
するために赤外線ボックス４をロボットカメラ３の赤外
線受光部５に対面させて配置する。赤外線ボックス４か
らＯＰ線でダイヤリングムーバ６に接続を行い、Ｈ．３
２３デジタルコーデック７の音声出力に接続される。ロ
ボットカメラ３からの映像は５Ｃ２Ｖ等の同軸線を用い
Ｈ．３２３デジタルコーデック７の映像入力に接続され
る。Ｈ．３２３デジタルコーデック７からＡＤＳＬモデ
ム１３を経由してビルＢ１５迄配線されたメタリックワ
イヤ１４によりもう一方のＡＤＳＬモデム１３を経由し
てＢビル１５に設置しているＨ．３２３デジタルコーデ
ック７に接続される。Ｂビル１４側のＨ．３２３デジタ
ルコーデック７には操作用のＤＴＭＦ発信機９とカラー
モニター１０とパソコン１２が接続されている。パソコ
ン１２からＡＴコマンドでＩＰ接続を指示する。Ｈ．３
２３デジタルコーデック７同士が接続した後はＤＴＭＦ
発信機９によりロボットカメラの操作が可能となる。そ
の過程はカラーモニター１０により綺麗な画面で確認で
きる。

２３デジタルコーデック７同士が接続した後はＤＴＭＦ
発信機９によりロボットカメラの操作が可能となる。そ
の過程はカラーモニター１０により綺麗な画面で確認で
きる。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように、本発明のＡＤＳＬ
対応遠隔動画伝送システムはＩＳＤＮ回線と比較した場
合動画伝送速度で２．３倍から５倍以上の高速化が即可
能である。画像処理ＬＳＩ「ＶＣＰｅｘ」の速度向上に
よっては１０Ｍ、１００Ｍの動画伝送も可能となる。
対応遠隔動画伝送システムはＩＳＤＮ回線と比較した場
合動画伝送速度で２．３倍から５倍以上の高速化が即可
能である。画像処理ＬＳＩ「ＶＣＰｅｘ」の速度向上に
よっては１０Ｍ、１００Ｍの動画伝送も可能となる。

- 【請求項１】 普通電話回線に対して格段と高い周波数
を同時に使って高速通信を可能とするＡＤＳＬ（非対称
デジタル加入者線）においてＡＤＳＬモデムを利用して
ＩＴＵ（Ｉｎｔｅｒｎａｔｉｏｎａｌ Ｔｅｌｅｃｏｍ
ｕｎｉｃａｔｉｏｎｓ Ｕｎｉｏｎ）によって標準化さ
れたテレビ電話会議の為に作られたプロトコルＨ．３２
３上で動作し、ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ環境において相互に動画伝
送を行うＨ．３２３デジタルコーデックにおいて、赤外
線中継方式により遠隔地のロボットカメラをＰＢ音（プ
ッシュトーン）により操作可能とするＡＤＳＬ対応遠隔
動画伝送システム。 - 【請求項２】 請求項１において普通電話回線の代わり
に単なる銅線を使用し、ロボットカメラを遠隔操作する
事を特徴としたＡＤＳＬ対応遠隔動画伝送システム。 - 【請求項３】 請求項１においてＡＤＳＬモデムを構成
から取り除き、ＬＡＮ（Ｌｏｃａｌ Ａｒｅａ Ｎｅｔ
ｗｏｒｋ）上の１０ＢＡＳＥ−Ｔ，１００ＢＡＳＥ−Ｔ
に対応し、ロボットカメラを遠隔操作する事を特徴とし
た遠隔動画伝送システム。
