ビルではなく遠隔地に有る場合でもADSL回線が敷設
されて有ればADSLモデムを双方に設置することによ
り接続でき、同様に遠隔操作しながら監視することは容
易に可能。

メラ3の赤外線受光部5に対面させて配置する。赤外線
ボックス4からOP線でダイヤリングムーバ6に接続を
行い、H.323デジタルコーデック7の音声出力に接
続される。ロボットカメラ3からの映像は5C2V等の
同軸線を用いH.323デジタルコーデック7の映像入
力に接続される。H.323デジタルコーデック7から
10BASE−TコネクタでLANケーブル8を経由し
て管理室9に設置しているH.323デジタルコーデッ
ク7に接続される。管理室側のH.323デジタルコー
デック7には操作用のDTMF発信機9とカラーモニタ
ー10とパソコン11が接続されている。パソコン11
からATコマンドでIP接続を指示する。H.323デ
ジタルコーデック7同士が接続した後はDTMF発信機
9によりロボットカメラの操作が可能となる。その過程
はカラーモニター10により綺麗な画面で確認できる。
第2の実施例として遠隔地間の遠隔監視を行う事例につ
いて説明する。第2図を参照するとAビル11の天井面
12にロボットカメラ3を設置し、カメラの動きを制御
するために赤外線ボックス4をロボットカメラ3の赤外
線受光部5に対面させて配置する。赤外線ボックス4か
らOP線でダイヤリングムーバ6に接続を行い、H.3
23デジタルコーデック7の音声出力に接続される。ロ
ボットカメラ3からの映像は5C2V等の同軸線を用い
H.323デジタルコーデック7の映像入力に接続され
る。H.323デジタルコーデック7からADSLモデ
ム13を経由してビルB15迄配線されたメタリックワ
イヤ14によりもう一方のADSLモデム13を経由し
てBビル15に設置しているH.323デジタルコーデ
ック7に接続される。Bビル14側のH.323デジタ
ルコーデック7には操作用のDTMF発信機9とカラー
モニター10とパソコン12が接続されている。パソコ
ン12からATコマンドでIP接続を指示する。H.3
23デジタルコーデック7同士が接続した後はDTMF
発信機9によりロボットカメラの操作が可能となる。そ
の過程はカラーモニター10により綺麗な画面で確認で
きる。
