According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a food composition which has an effect of improving skin condition by using a combination of a primrose, deep sea water and collagen. Due to these effects, the food composition of the present invention is useful as a food for beauty that enhances skin metabolism, prevents aging of the skin, and keeps youthful skin.
